Specifically, Ritsuka is going to try the same ritual that she used to "summon Gawain" using the chalk (especially now that it seems relevant to one of the teachers), except she's going to gash her arm so that there's a steady flow of blood into the center of the circle as she's chanting, and she'll time her chant to end at exactly midnight, a.k.a. when the school is magically silenced. She'll be practicing inside the defunct bathroom with the chalk and the timing of her chant, but she'll only add the blood and do it that late at night inside the 2-A classroom since it "worked" there before.

She'll also build twelve gorinto shrines around the perimeter of the magic circle, using shop tools to inscribe their traditional symbols (sanskrit for the five elements) on the respective stones—thanks for the lessons, Houzoin—and then on the "ether/void" stone she'll also inscribe a class symbol for twelve of the Servant classes Ritsuka has met: Saber, Lancer, Archer, Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker, Avenger, Ruler, Alter Ego, Foreigner, ans Shielder. Lastly, she'll anoint each shrine with a drop of her blood. If she gets into a trance while building a shrine, she'll have Gawain shake her out of it.

Also, with Sheep's permission, she will be using Gawain's lighter as a catalyst by lighting it and placing it in the center of the circle.
