[Clamor does actually know a fair bit about fortunetelling (hey, even in magic college you need to take a few electives), so of course he turns up for Natsume's after school divining session. As for whether he's actually expecting anything or not, well... magic doesn't seem to be taken all that seriously at this school, so he's trying not to keep his hopes up.
He is a bit impressed, though, just watching from the sidelines. He can't tell if there's any real magic at play with his own abilities suppressed, so chances are there isn't actually anything being predicted here, but he can at least tell that Natsume did his research on how to read the results.
