Okay, okay, okay okay so. It's a really warm, almost buttery chicken broth with herbs and sesame oil, and then while it's cooking, you break an egg into the broth! You gotta break the yolk though, or it's just a poached egg. Then you whisk it all up and let the egg cook in the broth, and instead of noodles you have flakey egg pieces and maybe some green onion if you want? And it's soooo good- ugh, I want some now. Maybe for dinner...
