That person should probably not be Rio Ranger. But when he looks around and doesn't see anybody else immediately respond to it, he shrugs and decides that he'll do. Though, well - he would have checked out what was going on even if somebody else had, morbid curiosity and all that.
He looks around and, seeing nothing of particular interest, blinks a few times. Nobody appears to be dead and while there's a ton of scraps, that's more or less exactly what he'd seen before. The whole place was practically a junkyard. That wasn't really anything worth screaming about. There's a long, drawn out sound of exasperation. ]
