[it's cold, she can handle that, getting drenched isn't new. but the sheer volume of sound when it was so calm before makes her stagger. the rain, the cars, the everything is too much for her, and Lucifer's wings might shield them from the physical, but not the aural assault that happens without explanation.

rain and glass and metal and screeching and engines and honking, is it any wonder that she steps backward, that her hands come up to cover her ears? her heart beats furiously, and it glows in her chest, bright and transparently reflecting her fear. make it be quieter, for all that occurs to her is even louder than they understand, and she doesn't know anything about this area, so it's even worse.

barely, barely managing to avoid crying out and demanding explanation - it would only add to the chaos. sorry guys, but right now, in terms of help? Helena is utterly overwhelmed and can't be the voice of calm.]
