Noah can take everything in the office, he can cut out the mold or whatever on the outside layers of the gauze and use the cleaner parts inside or something, I believe in his medical expertise. Expired medication either degrades into something harmful to the body or simply gets less potent, so it's a coin toss whether his meds will make somebody better or worse
