Shin wouldn't be too upset if there were clouds, because even though it'd be a bit disappointing the whole point is spending time with a (perfectly normal) friend. He also wouldn't be too upset because... it isn't real... probably. He's not completely certain what it is, but some of the tension and urgency of the idea has seeped out, the room relaxing with him, or maybe the other way around. There's a pause where he lies there in the beanbag and thinks, like someone lying on their back in water.]
