( oh — this is great. alice's laugh is met with a bright grin on amami's part, and hey, it's true. gonta's a real expert with years of befriending his little bug buddies as far as amami understands, and his understanding is kind of all he's got to go off of right here, so this is probably a pretty good call on alice's part. the kind of simple, outside the box solution that just might work out for him. ah, but it looks like he might be skipping a step, huh? )

Hard to say. Not sure what they might've offered the snail if he catches you, but it'll probably take more than an agreement to leave each other alone if you want to get him off your case.

( maybe the snail will have its snail wife and snail kids returned to it if it catches alice? who knows? amami surely doesn't, but he's clearly entertained with this route all the same. )

I figure Gonta can probably get along with the snail pretty well, but you'll need to come up with some kind of deal if you want to convince it.
