It's time for a FAMILY MEETING!
When: May 11th, 6 PM
Where: Class 1-B (Gaming Club Items have been stored safely)
What: It's time for a family meeting! Because seriously some things need to be DISCUSSED.
WARNINGS: Death and murder, discussions of cannibalism
After a night of a feral cat losing it's goddamn mind, a day of half the adults and several students looking absolutely exhausted and more, and the end of the auction, clearly something is up. Plus, there'd been plans to investigate certain things after the last meeting that never had been elaborated on. So this time, Nene takes things into her own hands. So once again, transfer students will find a note in their lockers requesting their presence at Class 1-B at 6 PM, after everyone else has gone home.
Even if last time was... kind of a mess.
Is she desperate enough to enact a speaking ball? ... Not yet. But in her pockets is a brand new NERF gun and five darts.
So she unearths the cardboard jail, set up around some desks in the corner, but otherwise clears the board and sets out pieces of chalk... but hoo boy, does she look kind of miffed? And it doesn't even have anything to do with Hanako-kun cracking up at Gay Baby Jail. He'll understand soon enough.
On the board is several things in chalk- "LAST NIGHT", "NEW THINGS" and "FROM LAST TIME" with lines underneath, like she's perparing to take notes. Thankfully, there is more than one piece of chalk however.
// OOC RULES
As with last time, this is a free-for-all! Feel free to start discussions, theories, or share information and jump around between things and include everyone! Inviting others into the discussion is great, everyone should get a chance to be involved.
HOWEVER: LET THE OOC DISCOVERER SHARE THEIR OWN DISCOVERIES ICly. People work hard for their clues and information, and there should be no thunder-stealing!

Without many clues to work with, I can't really say for sure what caused the change, but... I wonder if it was really a coincidence that it happened around the same time that body appeared. I've noticed a few transfers haven't been around lately, either.
[... he could elaborate his thoughts further, but. he looks a bit uncomfortable with saying "pretty sure all those people are dead" or "maybe murdering people makes the otherworld stronger" out loud.]

[ But the rest of the students don't even seem to remember them, like they'd never existed. He's going to just... look down for a second, guessing Clamor will get the general idea well enough on his own from that gesture. He doesn't want to say they're dead either, since they didn't find bodies for all of them, but... well.
They can relate in silence. ]
...I suppose we should write down May 8th as the start point for now. If we run into any earlier accounts later on, we can address that then. And... ah, this is only my personal guesswork, so I don't know how good it is... But do you remember... what seeing blood seemed to feel like last month?
no subject
( don't mind her absolutely noticeable glance towards komaeda- ) I did try to talk about it once, but it didn't quite go well.
But with what we know about the, uh... vvvvvoid? Activates and how to get out of there though, it could be that whatever's doing this is getting worse.
no subject
The mirror reflections... were lagging? Then, there's no doubt about it. That's also most likely related.
[ Thank you Nene for lending credibility to his theories just like always. it gives him courage. ]
The reason I mentioned the blood is... ah. W-Well, I didn't think anything much about it at the time, but when I entered the auditorium where Okane-san's body was found... I felt dizzy for a second. Like the world around me was spinning or blurring. Thinking about it now, it must have been because of her blood on the floor.
[ Senku and Ain would likely have felt the same when they walked in before him... so yeah. It seems like whatever it was, it's pretty similar and maybe the so-called "void" school is just a natural progression? Does this mean it's still getting worse and there's gonna be more? ]

I did notice people come out of certain science classes come out looking a bit pale, too. But if the blood on the floor activates the, um, switch, would the water do something similar?
( and if it started as early as april... )
If this is going to continue, it... might be for the worst.
no subject
[ She's right. They do suspect blood of being in the water, as the reason it has that color. ]
I doubt no one's spilled any water on the floor since the 8th... so maybe not at the moment. But if this is any indicator that things are escalating... there's nothing to say it might not in the future. We should be careful, just in case.
no subject
It might. Be a good idea to try and plan for any possible ways it could get worse, but I don't know how that could happen.
no subject
[ Don't worry, Nene, he's got your back. You encouraged him before, now it's his turn. ]
I suppose... making sure that we're all informed might be the best we can do at the moment. If we continue to share all the changes we notice, we should be able to spot any patterns.
no subject
I'm never gonna be able to trust water again.
But you're right. Ah... that gives me an idea.
no subject
[ He reacts with a start of surprise, but then curiously follows her with his eyes. Usually, when someone says this to him it doesn't mean anything good, but this isn't the V3 cast and he does trust Nene... ]
What... kind of idea?
no subject
no subject
[ It does fulfill the criteria of keeping each other informed pretty well. Good job, Nene!!! ]
no subject
( affirmation? affirmation for nene? thank you..... )
no subject
[ Like he's one to talk, but anyway. Sure, chaos was sown, but that wasn't Nene's fault. And they did accomplish constructive discussion. ]
But I do think... you deserve a break, after all this. It was a lot of pressure, right?
no subject
( though it doesn't help that she came in with high emotions already- the worry and fear from the night before, the frustrations of trying to blend in being thoroughly shaken on multiple levels, and the overwhelming relief that hanako was at her side again made for an intense mix. )
no subject
[ He rarely smiles by nature, so he doesn't really, but... his voice is soft, and as encouraging as he's able to offer. No one could control this many people at once, especially when some of them have... very unique characters. ]
