It's time for a FAMILY MEETING!
When: May 11th, 6 PM
Where: Class 1-B (Gaming Club Items have been stored safely)
What: It's time for a family meeting! Because seriously some things need to be DISCUSSED.
WARNINGS: Death and murder, discussions of cannibalism
After a night of a feral cat losing it's goddamn mind, a day of half the adults and several students looking absolutely exhausted and more, and the end of the auction, clearly something is up. Plus, there'd been plans to investigate certain things after the last meeting that never had been elaborated on. So this time, Nene takes things into her own hands. So once again, transfer students will find a note in their lockers requesting their presence at Class 1-B at 6 PM, after everyone else has gone home.
Even if last time was... kind of a mess.
Is she desperate enough to enact a speaking ball? ... Not yet. But in her pockets is a brand new NERF gun and five darts.
So she unearths the cardboard jail, set up around some desks in the corner, but otherwise clears the board and sets out pieces of chalk... but hoo boy, does she look kind of miffed? And it doesn't even have anything to do with Hanako-kun cracking up at Gay Baby Jail. He'll understand soon enough.
On the board is several things in chalk- "LAST NIGHT", "NEW THINGS" and "FROM LAST TIME" with lines underneath, like she's perparing to take notes. Thankfully, there is more than one piece of chalk however.
// OOC RULES
As with last time, this is a free-for-all! Feel free to start discussions, theories, or share information and jump around between things and include everyone! Inviting others into the discussion is great, everyone should get a chance to be involved.
HOWEVER: LET THE OOC DISCOVERER SHARE THEIR OWN DISCOVERIES ICly. People work hard for their clues and information, and there should be no thunder-stealing!

Listen up. We need to stop messing around and talk about what we came here to discuss before this devolves into one of Asmodeus' parties.
[BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT'S BECOME, IS ONE OF HIS SIBLING'S WILD PARTIES.]
Of the talking points I've heard so far, I've heard about the alternate dimension version of the school — the void, as we will call it, I've heard talk of the meat in the fridge being human meat, and I've heard about this cult apparently harvesting blood from other students. Are we missing anything, and can we please discuss the finer details of the issues at hand without this becoming any more chaotic?
no subject
( there's something about that phrasing that's bothering him. )
If it's just giving our blood, I know most people donate without a problem... so why is it viewed so negatively?
no subject
no subject
( hm.. )
no subject
...that's actually a good point, or at least, one of the better ideas I've heard all day. Since we seem to be on a slightly variant plane of reality in this school, it does make you wonder. Keep that idea on the back burner. If we can find evidence of that being true, it might explain a lot.
[Or it'll explain literally nothing, but Lucifer's all for constructive feedback if it keeps these kids on track.]
no subject
( besides, working against one another won't do anything, but they do need the assistance of the other students to see this through properly. you know, hope should be fair on both sides sort of deal, but like lucifer said, he'll keep that idea on the back burner for later. )
We just need to figure out how different out blood is between you all and them.

no subject
( which is understandable, the top dog should control their puppies to find out what's going on with that. )
I told him that maybe one of us should offer ourselves to them, and he commented it'd be dangerous... but it'd be the best way to find out as to why they avoid us.
( what komaeda is saying is... let him be the test subject, and if he dies, he fucking dies. )
no subject
I intend to, yes. There is, naturally, a small chance that they won't cooperate.
[He's bereft of his demon charm and other such demonic powers, so cooperation isn't entirely guaranteed. They do owe him a favour, but humans are just as fickle as demons themselves.]
I won't allow anyone to offer themselves as a test subject unless we run out of options entirely, however. He was right to tell you that it's too dangerous an avenue to pursue as of right now.
no subject
That's the sort of hope you have... protecting everyone in this room.
( it's familiar, enough that he laughs softly to himself as he finally looks back to the other. )
It's not dangerous, really... it might be good luck for me if it's something actually pursuable. ( he's looking at his hand now, as if he's thinking about something. that said, he shrugs his shoulders, and with a shake of his head as if he's dismissing the idea. ) You should all trust Saihara-kun, I do believe in his hope along with everyone else's combined.

I don't have memories of anything further back than this school, but it seems like the other students can remember us from before we supposedly started here. I'd like to know how far back our collective memories of this place go, and if anybody else has connections to non-transfer students.
( at the very least, he thinks it's worth keeping in mind. could make use of it, for one thing. )
no subject
Thank you, that's helpful.
I can remember much of my "memories" at this school. They're fuzzy and bleary. I can remember elements from my life such as my siblings who are luckily not here at the moment, and for the most part I would wager that my memories of my life prior to arriving here are intact. However, what's in between the last place I recall myself being and waking up in a darkened classroom here is lost to me. Would you say you are having a similar experience?

[ Jekyll shows the Red and Green necklace. ]
no subject
[Lucifer turns to gaze out at everyone else sitting in the room and announces a bit louder, just so they're clear,]
If you could all also keep an eye out for the third part of this necklace set, that would be helpful. It could be a missing piece to this horrid puzzle we're all stuck in, however small it may be.
no subject
Ah, yeah—they're not clear, but I do have memories of before, here. Maybe memories isn't the right word...
( to be honest, he doubts them deeply and often, it seems like he can't figure out an alternative word to use though, scratching at the back of his neck. )
I remember some other transfer students well, and other things that are missing details—who and where—but they're there. Nothing past the beginning of last year, though. And after the graduation ceremony... It was like you said. As if I closed my eyes in one place and opened them in another.
( with memories from where he came from—like a dream, you know? he seems rather frustrated with the fact. )
no subject
I wonder why the gaps in our memories are so different from one another? I certainly remember — or can at least blearily recall — more than just the beginning of last year, but... hmm...
[He trails off, gripping his chin in thought, before addressing the room:]
...does anyone else have experiences they'd like to share on this regard? I'd like to see what the range we're working with is.

( did she get it )

You have the feeling of living locally alongside your genuine memories? How curious. I wonder if there's a correlation to be discovered between people who have genuinely lost most of their memories and are unable to recall much beyond the school itself, and those who have regained memories from their times outside of here. It could be nothing more than coincidence, but we can't afford to rule out any options.
...actually... If I recall correctly, you seem to be innately versed in some magic, or at the very least exposed to it, correct? Are there others here who are versed in magic and lacking memories from their prior lives outside of this school? If so, that rules out my hypothesis that those more versed in the magical arts would have an easier time recalling their pasts.
no subject
( she does know there are a few familiar with the supernatural- she's taken relief in speaking with them actually! but they didn't bring up their lives here in this town. however, lucifer might need to do some more sleuthing because... )
I don't think everyone's going to be entirely willing to come forward publicly though.

But the thing is that I legit do not remember Kudo at all. Normally I don't mind that much since apparently I'm popular in every school I go to, but it bothers me for a lot of reasons.
[ namely that weird crush on him that he doesn't feel like bringing up, bleh ]
no subject
...If I recall, Rokkun said that... Kudo-san's an artist, and they normally have an eye for people.
( a pause. )
Also that you were objectively beautiful.
( how does komaeda remember this? it'll cycle out soon. ) That means her crush on you has grown... and grown... ( he's just digging it in at this point. )
no subject
Huh? I'm not just objectively beautiful, but I'm pretty in every other way. Get that right next time.
[ yeah komaeda why aren't you swooning at izumi every time you get to share each other's exygen, huh. that said though: ]
But looks aren't everything, you know. I still don't get why she has that huge of a crush on me when I don't even remember our times together in middle school - if said memories really do exist.
no subject
( listen, komaeda actually loves beautiful people and dislikes ugly people. don't ask him which scale you're weighing on. )
...Anyway, if you can't remember, how can you judge her? Obviously she remembers.
( sighs, mean ass bitch. )
