What: It's time for a family meeting! Because seriously some things need to be DISCUSSED.
WARNINGS: Death and murder, discussions of cannibalism

After a night of a feral cat losing it's goddamn mind, a day of half the adults and several students looking absolutely exhausted and more, and the end of the auction, clearly something is up. Plus, there'd been plans to investigate certain things after the last meeting that never had been elaborated on. So this time, Nene takes things into her own hands. So once again, transfer students will find a note in their lockers requesting their presence at Class 1-B at 6 PM, after everyone else has gone home.

Even if last time was... kind of a mess.

Is she desperate enough to enact a speaking ball? ... Not yet. But in her pockets is a brand new NERF gun and five darts.

So she unearths the cardboard jail, set up around some desks in the corner, but otherwise clears the board and sets out pieces of chalk... but hoo boy, does she look kind of miffed? And it doesn't even have anything to do with Hanako-kun cracking up at Gay Baby Jail. He'll understand soon enough.

On the board is several things in chalk- "LAST NIGHT", "NEW THINGS" and "FROM LAST TIME" with lines underneath, like she's perparing to take notes. Thankfully, there is more than one piece of chalk however.

( she actually looks worried at that- not that his encounter with the desk was any better, so that's what, twice the worry? she knows she'd been busy but... oh gosh, was the last time they talked at his birthday? oh nooooooooo! )

I promise that's not the case. I wasn't handling everything going on as it was well. I'm sorry, Komaeda-san.

( hanakooooo, you're supposed to make this worse for them! now komaeda thinks this sort of thing is one-sided, and that's pretty bad once he realizes. he waves at the female as soon as he removes his hand from his head, and then places them down in his lap. )

You handled this perfectly well, have you noticed the amount of hope that's bleeding from everyone! The energy here is amazing...

( even her, she's someone's hope, but is she aware of that? also the desks that were flying around, komaeda enjoyed that. )

... Is it really? ( then again, considering his, uh... previous outbursts, maybe she shouldn't be surprised. ) At least someone's enjoying it.

( as audible as her confusion is, he accepts the circumstances of what hanako says, and what nene thinks are different. )

( normally she's positive, and that sort of personality is infectious for others to liven the mood. this time, he wonder if she's somber, a little out of her element considering what's been happening recently. )

( he points over to a few within the room, first to rika and moriarty first. ) They've became a newfound family, and would that had happened if this meeting wasn't made?

( that's the thing about komaeda, he notices people before they notice him. as much as he stays clear from forming attachments, it doesn't mean that he allows this sort of hope to slip from his grasp between others. ) I saw a few in competition, and isn't that something siblings do?

( as his finger scans the crowd, it falls upon a certain detective — the anxiety riddled one, not the short and straight to the point conversation one. komaeda's silent, staring in the youth's direction before his mouth parts, a silent "he..." leaves from past his lips, and then it closes once again as he turns back to focus on nene with a sigh. need that bitch to sneeze. )

( would rika have found moriarty's weak point on accident? ... probably, actually, because of how they just are. it's interesting, how he registers everything though. fathers and daughters, siblings with rivalries, and more. )

( as if she hasn't dragged him to the nurse's office herself, hasn't draped blankets on him- no, that would be presumptuous and that really is one of her worst traits, isn't it?- and besides. with how komaeda hates himself, he might not see anything in his own connections.

( how long would it have been until she did? this only brought them together closer, faster. it isn't something people notice when they're surrounded by others, because they have no need to think outside of everyone else when they're with everyone else. it's not like that for komaeda who pushes himself away for a reason. ) It's better if trash like me stay to themselves.

( yes, she's helped him, done various things because of her concern for him, but that doesn't stop what keeps him and everyone else a distance apart. )

If anyone treated me like family, they can't avoid the inevitable... it makes me tingly, wondering who'd want to die so soon!

( it's a little bit of information about himself, facts that he's come to terms with that has made him who he is. )

( whom she calls as such because of memories that aren't even hers, and yet. he still lets her, still acts as she recalls him acting. so maybe that part doesn't really matter.

hajun-nii and izumi-nii too, of course- but she's not sure she's allowed to call them as such out loud. natsume's been nothing but kind and doting, too. )
