Pass the point of No return .
Who: Hyde & Rika
Where: Clock Tower
When: May 11th After Meeting .
What: Murder be happening .
Warnings: Death, self harm and... Will add.
CLOSED unless u really wanna come in here i GUESS.
[ Rika wriggles around at his waist, but even without his skill Monstrous strength. When he was Hyde, he was very athletic and very capable of holding the woman upon his side. 5 Feet or not, she was not going anywhere and he was very determined after her display of disregard to very well enact the want of a plan within his brain. Nevertheless the attachment to Moriarty suddenly had upon her - made it all worse. Now it was absolute business, this girl was playing with fire and didn’t know how harsh the flames she stoked could go and Hyde enjoyed playing dangerou games. With individuals who were like her, there was nothing but absolute catastrophic excitement burning within his chest.
Was this the HOPE that man with the whirling locks of dirty hair kept talking to him about? He never thought of such things in the ways of others, not as a known serial killer. Copying the mindset of others was a foreplay in the bigger spectrum of things. In the end to Hyde, this was about friendship, love, and intimacy. Just how much closer did this girl wanna get with him? In order to really rectify that, in order to really show who he were, because he was getting pissed and tired she wasn’t taking him seriously.
He would play a dangerous game.
Even if she was wiggling about in his arms, he would toss her upon his shoulders and hold her tightly. Whilst her front hung down his own back. Whilst he haphazardly with a little skip to his step in the wee late hours of the school, headed down the halls toward the Clock Tower. Slamming its door open, letting the individual locked and tied up at the top of it know what was coming. Or rather - who. ]
No talking until we’re there, you'll ruin the moood babe.
[ As they get to the top, he drops her. Just like that. Hopefully she lands okay, and not roughly. He waits till she is adjusted in the room, she would note there was some muffled screaming coming from within the seemingly empty room. Though there were boxes, cases, and an enamor of strange places to store things. ]

Returning to normal is not an option ?
[ When Jekyll was merely 18 he had succeeded in his professional career where far too many people had not. Although summoned at the age of twenty, due to this being his prime and the system rules of the Throne of Heroes - or the Holy Grail. He very well carries the memories of the decades he spent living on in his era of age. However, he genuinely acted as if he were still within his twenties. Fresh out of his vast pedigree private schooling, a single rich man with no parents forced into the world to do with it what he could.
Eyes were constantly upon him, judgemental outcasted looks of disagreement or approval would come at the flick of their eyes. Every one of his actions retained a sense of needed scrutiny as if they all waited for this man to fall apart. It was why he vowed from a very young age to hide all things evil deep within. Thoughts of pleasures? Unneeded. The thoughts of anger, uncivil. Disdain upon your peers, unjustified and dismissed.
His philanthropic actions came at behest his gross need to make sure he always did good for others, and did good by others. The orphanages he helped set up, the scholarships he helped support, and the time he spent teaching freely when time would allow him. Were all actions he took to make certain he was someone that the world wanted to see. Not who he wished to be.
So when Sherlock one day comes to him and inquires for his expertise. What Dr Henry Jekyll did not suspect to come from such a situation had been his obsession with wanting to find justice for such evils. Or find a solution to cure what evil meant to the world. It was an innate desire that stemmed suddenly in tandem with his own anxieties, feeling the rupture of pressure that he wanted to do more harm to the world than good. A frustration upon seeing true evil - ‘Why?’
When he had orchestrated the face toward others so ardently constrained hours of attempts to be what the world wanted him to be. Here was this man - Moriarty. Doing what he willed of it, upsurging chaos how he wished or desired. It became his silent obsession, wanting to rule out the cause and effect of that man's actions. While using sciences to understand the trajectory of one's mental feelings, he creates a tincture with his Alchemic understanding. In doing so he created a vial, knowing full well it could kill him. Knowing full well the importances and value of being able to potentially separate evil from good. Knowing full well for once - he can take all the bad within him and put it away somewhere where none can see it. Especially himself -
There was nothing tragic about what had been done, just a selfish man with a childish youth upon him thinking evil was something unjustly. Thinking evil could be taken care of so easily.
Instead, he had done the opposite and gave the thoughts of his own mind and feelings of evil a place to be themself. As well as a name for keepsake.
Any actions Hyde took ultimately were things he earnestly wanted to do deep down inside, but knew better because that was the difference between Hyde and Jekyll. The choice of Humanity, and the want to care for others beyond themself. To this it translated into Jekyll as a means for helping others the best that he can, and for Hyde it meant dragging anyone under into the same wavelength as him. It was why in this moment he knew he needed to step up on what his foul actions had committed.
He took advantage of this young girl, did not discern her feelings and dragged her way down to the depths of one's mind that no person should go through alone. It was why he earnestly stood up in the middle of class. The teacher seemed rather alarmed that Jekyll of all people excused themself in a rush and hurry. Walking through the second floor into the first, opening the doors of 1-A only to see that she was missing.
Knowing in his heart the kind of girl he was, he beckoned himself to the Clock Tower. Sure enough she was there with her mind simply out of it. A bandage across her neck, and he took in a deep breath. Sucking in harshly, wavering slightly with fear upon him. However he was the mature one here, and he needed to step up on a mistake that his own insanity and lack of control had done to her. ]
Miss Rika…
[ Henry Jekyll stepped forward, entering the Clock tower but not allowing entrance unless she felt safe. ]
I know I am probably the last person you may want to see, but it is all the more reason I came here earnestly to talk to you and perhaps… It is too soon, but if not now I do not know if ever. If you would allow me… ?

maybe in a burst of hopeful naivete, she wanted to check again if the body's really gone. the blood is still here — both the girl's and hers, the cut on her neck stinging still, despite the bandage now wrapped around it. as expected, however, no matter how many times she'd gone through the boxes left in this place, the girl was nowhere to be found, vanishing into thin air.
how strange. she'd worry more about that particular mystery if she wasn't so bothered by... well, everything else.
her thoughts are disturbed by his voice: familiar and sudden, every muscle in her body tensing as she turns to look at him. he's there, but he isn't, and immediately, she realizes this must be jekyll: so different from hyde, and yet strangely the same. she's not sure how the whole... personality swap thing works, honestly; all she knows is that hyde's not only crazy but also physically different, with broader shoulders and longer limbs, and she figures it has to be different than your usual split personality disorder. probably not entirely natural, if you ask her. still... his gentle mannerisms don't do anything to dispel the illusion of hyde — not anymore, not since he'd slowly approached her, delicate in his movements, grabbing onto her wrists and lowering his voice.
"i already hurt you enough, don't you think?"
as if he cared. )
You're fine. ( she shrugs, collecting herself immediately. she hates showing people weakness, or that she's shaken, or anything else that could make her look pathetic — she's shown hyde enough to last her years of emotional vulnerability, thank you very much. men will take advantage of anything you let them see, won't they? ) You don't have to hover outside like that, either. I know it wasn't your fault.
( and she understands that, she does. jekyll is not hyde. hyde is not jekyll.
... or so she thinks, at least. )
What's there to talk about? If you wanna apologize, I don't care to hear it. It'll mean nothing coming from you. ( she wants to hear hyde's apology, not jekyll trying to make amends for something a rabid dog had done. )
no subject
I cannot apologize for the actions of my other half enough, but in the end I am here less to apologize for the mistakes of my…. Transgressions, and more to contend with the fact that you understand what happened was not your fault and that you were not deserving of what had occurred. I beg you… [ His voice is weak now, trembles as he swallows hard.] To take who he is more seriously and do nothing to speak to him. Avoid him at all costs, he is not someone you should ever see or ask an apology for. Please, do not invest in any thought that he…
[ He needs to say we, but the way his thoughts are and how earnestly scared he is at this moment. Jekyll can't bring himself to affirm the two are similar in any way. ]
That he would ever have remorse over what he has done. You are a bright and wonderful girl, I don’t want what he had done to come between that. I believe… Moriarty has taken a liking to you.. ? I will talk to him as well about these matters.
[ Which is a big thing because he hates him. ]

in conclusion, he'd only let her watch to make a point, rather than killing someone solely because of her. that, at the very least, is a little comforting. still... she feels guilty for being unable to stop it — for hesitating, when she could've attacked him with the same knife she'd cut herself. stabbing a real person... seems like too much, but when it's to save someone else... she should've done it, shouldn't she... ? she should have tried harder. )
I don't wanna. ( she says, finally. ) I don't wanna take that stupid loser seriously. It's basically just giving him what he wants. ( and she gave him too much, didn't she? the sight of her tears isn't something she shares easily — at that moment, she'd bared more than she'd ever wanted to. she doesn't want to give him the satisfaction of covering in fear — on the contrary... this fear is something she needs to conquer in order to keep an eye on him. she won't let him kill again. ) Did he tell you to come and try to scare me? I'm not afraid of him. I won't cower like you want me to.
( she's already made that decision, at least. )
... I don't think you should just go to him willy-nilly. He'll get really mad, you know? ( to be honest... as much as she wants to run and tattle, she's also a little hesitant, only because moriarty is bound to get upset. ) In the end, I... don't want you to suffer any consequences for what he did.

I am an adult, Miss Rika. If that is okay to call you? [ He paused briefly, to make sure she knew he was respectful of her being. He continues otherwise, ] My own actions and transgressions should not be without consequence - no one's actions like what I had should. If Moriarty is angry with me or feels himself wanting to do something about it. Frankly I think that he should keep himself on his toes rather than play games with the other half of me like he does.
[ Shaking his head, with his fist clenching as he looks down to it. Upset that it had truly come ot this. ]
This is not about cowering, and it isn’t shameful to look at someone like him and find fear of what hes done or could be. Or is capable of, it just means you are a good person and concerned for the future's wellbeing. That is amazing, so please do not think yourself a coward. You are anything but that. Even now… You let… You allowed me to talk and listen, there is no part of you that is cowardly Miss Rika. I insist that you convince yourself otherwise, after all you are still standing here and with resolve. With care to figure out how to stop what had happened from happening again, but that is why I am here. To tell you, that is not your responsibility. No matter what he has convinced you otherwise, even if he decides to become obsessed with you. [ And her answers, and this conversation is going to do just that. ] You cannot feel yourself to blame, this is NOT your consequence. I will make sure to best take care of this situation, I am so sorry you got dragged into something you should have never seen or felt for that matter.

( she confirms, shrugging. she'd hate to be called anything even more official and stiff than this — but she's also understandably not in the mood to strongarm him into calling her something more casual.
instead, she listens to him, a little detached. she understands what he wants from her, honestly — in reality, he's probably right, and she should obediently stay away from hyde, no matter how tough it is to actually avoid someone in a locked building. and, still, she doesn't want to. she tells herself it's about her pride — it's about facing her fears, and overcoming them; she tells herself it's about responsibility — she was always forced to take it in full, for both herself and her useless mom, pushed to grow up and mature at a very early age; she tells herself it's what's for the best, because she can keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't step out of line again.
... it's probably also out of sheer selfishness, though. can someone like him be saved? can someone like him save her? her soul aches dully, more prison than person; she wants to break free of the constraints of her own bleeding heart. )
Hey... ( she speaks up, after a moment, turning her head to face him. ) How much control do you have over him? ( just... in general. they're the same person, but they aren't, but she guesses he influences the other at least slightly. ) Do you know why he didn't kill me?
no subject
When her question is prosed, he looks up slightly. Brows furrowing slightly, looking a bit in dismay. ]
In this school its harder for me to control the urges of him coming through, because it's just... This place... Tips me over the edge I Guess? Theres nothing normal about where we are, and there is nothing safe or comforting about it for that matter. The moment I have - or show.... Weakness.. [ This hurts him to say. ] Sometimes it doesnt take much for him to take over at that, usually it was only if I took a tincture... But here in this school it feels as it were back when I was alive. Ah... That probably sounds weird.
[ He didnt meant to say more then needed but he digresses. ] I am actually a servant like Sherlock and Moriarty, we are just copies of the actual versions of ourselves. That lived a long time ago... That's why its more weird being in this school, I feel like I have a human body again when I shouldn't even have something like that.
[ He definitely ignored her question but because it was for her sake and his, as well as the fact he had wanted to talk about that circumstance more seriously. ]
That's why I cannot stress enough how dangerous it is, to talk to someone like me. Or even Moriarty... You cant always trust what that man says, but I would trust him right now more than me.

( is the conclusion she's drawn from all this. jekyll tries to explain things to the best of his ability, and she's grateful for that, but he also talks so much she kind of... zones out in the middle of it.
more importantly, though, she has no fucking idea what a servant is, but right now, her brain can only handle so much. she's not about to question it, and doesn't have any interest in listening to some other world mumbo-jumbo that'll probably make no sense whatsoever. he could be the queen elizabeth's servant and move around the buckingham palace in nothing but pink underwear and she'd still ignore it.
she does notice one thing, though: )
You ignored my question.
( STARE. )

As such he wanted to keep it minimal. The information she retained about this situation - simple for her to understand. So when she tries to rear the conversation back once more, he lets out a shallow sigh. Wanting to have laid that truth to rest, but again he consequentially answers very simply. Even if it were subjective or broad an answer. ]
Its not really useful to try to understand a mind like that, I promise you trying to rationalize it will make no sense. Why he didn't... [ He wants to repeat what she says, but instead simply states ] hurt you, is simply because he's a madman or murder more or less. When it comes to people who kill, you do not try to place them in a container of understanding like you would someone else who works on normal emotions. So please... Don't try to compare his actions to someone sensible like you or any of the others.

she looks at this man, nervous and uncomfortable, and doesn't know what to feel. jekyll seems pitiful, having to shoulder the responsibility of hyde; in the same vein, as far as she's concerned, he can simply withdraw at any given time and let hyde take responsibility for himself. )
You're not making a lot of sense, but whatever. Guess you don't know, either. ( she shrugs, tipping her head to the side. not a satisfactory answer, but she'll take it, she guesses. ) Do you share thoughts? Emotions? Feelings?
( and now her mind loops back to the whole servant thing. did he say they weren't even alive, or did she hallucinate that? )
Alsooooo... do you know where he put the knife he took from me? I kinda want that back —
no subject
The.. Knife? [ Jekyll is a bit taken aback by the question. A knife? He thinks upon where Hyde would put such an object. Knowing him it would be someplace where he himself did not have it - or just in the trash. Far away. Discarded as if it were nothing of importance. ] No... I don't. Do you have friends Miss Rika? I don't wanna leave you alone particularly in a place like this...

unfortunate, but she'll work with what she has.
bending over the windowsill, she looks at the wisteria tree again, almost entranced by the gentle, swaying motion of it. isn't it nice? to simply exist. )
First of all, I want that knife back, so get it for me. ( this isn't a question: it's an order. he owes her this much, she thinks, and he seems just guilty enough to comply. ) Second of all, let that loser virgin know that the next time he tries to pull a stunt like this, I'll stab his eye out. And then the other. And then if he'll want to piss, he'll have to come hold me by the hand, got it?
( does she mean it? honestly, probably not. jekyll is a big factor — she's uncomfortable with the thought of hurting another, living being, but then again... he did say they aren't technically alive. she ponders over this, but the point remains: she will hesitate much less if there's ever a need to act again.
her posture's relaxed, almost welcoming, back arched and head tilted, as she smiles at him over from the window, letting her skirt ride up her thighs. this is mostly just to gauge his reaction — she knows hyde's into her, for whatever reason, so she wants to see how uncomfortable that makes jekyll in turn. )
I'll still tell Papa all about this. But I'll let him know not to hurt you, 'kay? 'coz I like you.
no subject
He hopes that, in his actions and reactions to her from here on. Tell otherwise. Especially when he means to take a conversation to Moriarty himself over the matter, and knowing how that might end well.... He can only hope it will go over well.]
Thank you. [ He states. ] I'll see what I can do, I'll take my leave then.
[ The Assassin servant doesnt want to stay here any longer then he needs to, considering she did not seem to understand the situation in his eyes. He turns to open the door and begins to exit. ]
I hope you will reconsider my words about avoid him.
no subject
See you around!
( probably. if moriarty doesn't cause any permanent damage. )
I'm in 1-A, if you find the knife!! ( she'll also... add that on... just in case. )
