Hey there! I'd love to get some threads going for Gundham, but I figured a catch-all would be better on my own mind at the moment! I'll possibly post some open prompts, but for the most part there will be closed ones!

( ... is that a key in his hand?

as amami makes his way out of his homeroom, that's what catches his eye first; even from a distance the shape is unmistakable.

considering a key is just one of those very things he'd been searching for upon his arrival, that's certainly enough to bring him to pause, considering his options. it would probably be kind of strange to approach the other out of the blue like that under normal circumstances, but... these aren't really normal circumstances. if it were closer to the middle of the month, then maybe he could wait until the next "meeting" he'd been told about for the transfer students and bring it up, but with more than two weeks to go, that's off the table too.

so he kind of stands there for a moment, thinking it over, before he ultimately decides to approach. nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?

there's a warm, friendly smile on his face as he lifts his hand in a wave. )

[ It was getting harder to see the sun peek beyond the trees, as the school lay at the bottom of some sort of slope, perhaps? The shadows became elongated before long, and it would soon get darker.

Gundham wondered why someone would even put a stone on a chain. Well, if it was paired with a very important key, then it might be a very important clue. However, the Ultimate's thoughts would be cut short as the sound of footsteps and a voice got closer. He closed his fist around the key and dropped his hand to his side before turning to see who it was. ]

Your suspicions would be correct. Very bold of you to approach me, for I am the Supreme Overlord of Ice, Gundham Tanaka! State your title.

Oh, uh, Rantarou Amami. I don't think I have a title — not one that I can remember, at least. But it's nice to meet you, Tanaka-kun.

( his expression is sheepish — not quite enough of a chuuni himself to play along with gundham's roleplay comfortably, but certainly not wanting to just act like it isn't there. it seems like he's met another colourful person, huh? in any case, amami's mind turns through their introductions one more time, and the last bit is tacked on as something of an afterthought. )
