THERE AINT NO PARTY LIKE A BLANKET FORT SLUMBER PARTY
Who: OPEN to anyone and everyone!
When: May 22nd (Saturday) after 6pm and the following morning
Where: Class 3-D
What: it's time to heal from all the chaos and murder with a blanket fort slumber party, hell yeah hell yeah
Sometime after school has fully closed for the day and everyone else has gone home, a sign is put up on the door to 3-D. In rounded letters and surrounded by drawings of flowers and a couple cartoon cats, it reads:
BLANKET FORT CONSTRUCTION ZONE
slumber party @ 8pm
all are welcome!
(rule breakers will be sent to JAIL)
... if you show up early, everything might still be in the process of being set up, but by 8pm most of the desks and chairs in the room have either been pushed to the sides or stacked strategically in the middle to form mighty fortress walls. These are, of course, topped with blankets for cover, because it wouldn't be a blanket fort without blankets. Blankets are a limited resource at the school, so it's recommended to bring your own if you don't want to share a fort with someone else. Or maybe just steal a big scrap of fabric from the art room. Close enough, right?
Aside from the obvious arrangements at the centre, there is an un-blanketed pair of desks set aside for snacks. Nene made cookies, and Clamor has put out a bowl of healthy nuts and fruit (as if anyone would actually take those over the cookies). For drinks, there are a few bottles of juice and one pot of (thoroughly filtered) tea and a few cups to use. A small folded sign at the table politely reads "Don't be greedy."
If you are greedy, or if you harass anyone else just trying to have a good time, you risk being sent to...gay baby jailโข. It is, as always, a cardboard box situated in the farthest corner of the room, and guarded diligently by only the most fearsome of dads and buff teenagers. You have been warned.
There is also a second cardboard jail cell on the opposite corner of the room, which is not labelled (yet). The inside is absolutely covered in scratch marks, since it's the same box that was used to catch the cat earlier in the month... but now it's jail 2: jail harder. It is reserved for criminals who cannot be allowed to collaborate during jail time, and you know who you are, please just behave yourselves.
This is meant to be a slumber party, so eventually, an amount of slumber will be expected. Luckily it's the weekend, so everyone is welcome to sleep in for as long as they want... just don't sleep in too late, unless you want to get stuck helping with clean up.
((OOC: It's another mingle!!! Feel free to make your own toplevels and comment around, start some party games, bring some extra snacks, hijack Nene's nerf gun to lay siege to your neighbour's fort... w/e!
This is meant to be something of a break from the usual death and despair of murderschool, so please don't do any actual murders in this log that is literally the lowest bar i can ask of y'all. Put warnings in your threads as needed! General chaos is fine, but characters that cause too much of a disturbance will be manhandled and sent togay baby jailโข. You have been warned... twice!!
ICly the fort construction and party is being arranged by Clamor, Noah, Sidney and Nene, but basically anyone who wants to pop in and help out is welcome to, and CR may have been asked to join/help out in advance. If you need an excuse for your character to come, someone else could've dragged them there to chillโjust ask!
anyway that's all pls have fun, go nuts))

Ne, ne - Are you a robot?
no subject
Yes! To be more specific, I am a Relationship and Organizational Manager, or ROM for short. Are you familiar with ROMs?
no subject
How can you operate though the way that you are though?
[ Please dont mind her. ]
no subject
My diagnostics aren't showing any issues and my battery packs are charged, so I...operate in the same way I always have?
[ Turing was pretty sure that wasn't the correct answer but that was the only answer they had! ]
no subject
[ Her little gamer heart is excited. ]
no subject
Did you just say that dragons are real?
no subject
[ OH YOU SHOULD HAVE nanami would have been so happy. ]
no subject
[ First magic, and now dragons! Why couldn't this place be just fantastical instead of fantastical and terrifying?? ]
I wonder how a dragon would react upon seeing a ROM for the first time...
no subject
[ Excited and energetic, where did all this energy come from. ]
no subject
[ Wherever that energy was coming from, it was definitely catching! ]

[ Nanami recalls the moment with Hinata fondly, it was a wonderful experience. She was so afraid of animals and touching them. ]
It was really scary, I was afraid the Cow wouldn't like it. He seemed to enjoy it though, the cats here follow me a lot too. I haven't touched them yet though... Ah, I hope theres a zoo here. Maybe we can go touch animals together.
no subject
I would like that very much! My olfactory sensors aren't detecting chemicals that would be consistent with the operation of a zoo, but perhaps the cats will do in the meantime?
no subject
[ Well she's not sure if she rather likes the cats. They kinda veer her wrong, but perhaps with someone else it could be okay? Also listen turing she wants nothing to do with the cats they chased her ontop of a table once never again. ]
Mm, mm! I will come find you sometime and we can go look for them. Maybe you will have better luck with the cat then I did.
no subject
Okay! [ beaming! Yay, spending time with a new friend. ] It didn't go well last time? Perhaps we should bring treats?
no subject
[ He was trying to give them to her after all. ]
no subject
[ Though, uh, maybe they wouldn't think so once they were confronted with the reality of who 'Nagito' was. For now, obviously the most important thing was to get treats for the cats!
And also to get the cats to like Nanami, of course. ]
no subject
[ Shh, we here to get the cats to like the robot too!! Real therapy hours. ]
no subject
[ Wwwwwwait a minute. There was something that was a little out of order about this. ]
Oh! Pardon me, I neglected to introduce myself. I am Turing.
