( can they resent someone who did it all for them? hm, it does seem to be part of human nature to adore, and to hate, especially when it comes to things they don't understand. he hums thoughtfully as they turn towards a classroom? yeah, they have to pick the one that has the open windows... and it would be komaeda to happily run over, lifting the windows, and pulling back the screen. )
Growing accustomed to this lifestyle is... just disappointing, and a loss I can't watch the others accept. ( he thinks, looking back at the other. ) Accepting such an easy route... they'll regret it.
( im crying why are they on CRACK. )

Rather than becoming accustomed to IT, it might be better to say they're trying to make the best of a bad situaTION... Waiting is just as important as acting someTIMES. ( but wait too long for your chance, and you might miss it, might resign yourself to the state of things, might "grow accustomed" to something instead... ) Are you the type to pull the lever to save three people at the cost of one THEN? The trolley proBLEM... Assuming that all four people in this equation aren't any of your precious Ultimate stuDENTS. Just to make it FAIR.

( he's counting on his fingers because i think this is cute when you make him do math, but there's four people, to sacrifice one to save three... hmmm. )
Before I answer... "they", do you find yourself different to them? You don't strike me as the type to make do with this, especially when you're willing to use others for your own personal gain.
( now for his question... ) ...Ordinary and boring people are the majority because the world is filled with weaklings, and if I had control over the lever... I can remove as many as I need, but that's not my decision —
( he turns around, pressing his back against the wall as he stares at the other. ) I wouldn't be there if none were my precious Ultimates.

but fine. )
All of them are your Ultimates NOW.

I'd kill myself.
( to force his luck, as long as he can give something in return, his life... everything goes his way, no matter how drastic the circumstances. )
That's how my trash talent works... Asking me things like pulling the lever, everyone would die... if they lack talent. As for my Ultimates, I'd give them anything to see their survival.

okay. )
...What is your taLENT?

It's pathetic, that's what it is... trash like me, near my Ultimate peers with such a useless talent...
( not like it'll work for him anyway. )
But well... ah... I'm lucky.

That is useless. When you say someone is lucky, it's usually positive—but Natsume knows full well that luck isn't always good. )
What an incredible world you come from ( he says dryly ) for "luckiness" to be considered a taLENT.
( ...It's more like a curse. Even too much good luck is bad. It's all about balance. )
It sounds more like someone took pity on you and just gave you something to help you fit in with the rest of the CLASS.

( what's hopeful about that, but he can't deny his past. at the age of eight, his parents and him boarded a plane, and a terrorist hijacked it with them at gunpoint. everyone but komaeda were killed by meteors that fell from the sky, about the size of a balled fist — sniped the terrorist, sniped his parents. having to be the witness.
ah, but he was lucky. to acquire the money that came from them, he should have felt like the luckiest boy in the world. )
I'm not like them, so don't misunderstand, Sakasaki-kun, where you say you're special back home, I, for one, am not. I'm meant to stay between those with talent, and the ones who lack talent... I take it upon myself to be the errand boy if they wish to interact with one another, I'll take upon any duty someone with no talent requests of an Ultimate... because their radiance shouldn't be bothered.
( ... )
The hope of others that come from true talents, real abilities that show and actually put the world in motion. Saihara-kun, the Ultimate Detective, he can apply his talent, change everything around him, a talent that's so useful, that I've watched him... seen what he can do, and that hope... is so promising... you witnessed Ishimaru-kun during the deathmatch, at the moment... his hope was blinding, I couldn't take my eyes off him, and that comes from his own talent as to why he managed to defeat them — overcoming his own death to kill another! He truly is amazing!

They're not people to you at all, are THEY. ( that isn't a question. it's a statement. ) You put them on a pedestal and act like you're doing them a favor by taking on other people's requests that were meant specifically for the person they were supposed to go TO.
no subject
( but that doesn't answer whether they're people, really, it's just a filler to act as if he's listening. )
I'm not doing anything for them, I'm doing what I'm supposed to. Besides, as long as they use me, it's fine... a long time ago, you wanted to use me too!
