It's time for another FAMILY MEETING!!

[There's a sign posted on 3-C on the 27th the future is now indicating that it's that time of month! That's right, it's time for the family meeting!

Lucifer is in charge this time and he is holding a whip, so please behave yourselves or you might get a warning crack near your head. Or don't behave yourselves. He's not your dad. He will, however, try his hardest to keep you all on track.

As Lucifer is also one of the Team Moms Dads, he's also made everybody lunch as he is wont to do. The rather fancy-looking food is set up on a couple of desks at the front of the classroom to peruse at your leisure. There are cookies and muffins as well, but please try to eat a real lunch instead of subsisting off of sweets entirely.

On the whiteboard, Lucifer has written the following topics & talking points that he'd like to discuss with everybody, and has requested that you all raise your hands so that this can be done in an orderly fashion... Good luck, Luci.

• Who is missing? Who is confirmed deceased?
• The gladiatorial battle — is it possible that those who died previously may come back to inflict further harm? Any guesses?
• What the Hell was going on last weekend?
• The void in the auditorium is infinite
• Results of last month's investigations that we agreed on doing
• The imps plaguing the school have been removed (thank you to Clamor for his assistance)
• Have we discovered anything new?

Last but not least, the final bullet is one hundred percent something that Lucifer clearly wants to do, and it reads simply:

• Instating a chore chart

So that's... fun.]

Let's try to keep this more orderly than the last one, shall we?

[HUG INCOMING] I'll be fine! Besides, nothing bad happens to murderers here; they're doing what this place wants them to do.

... Wait. Do the teachers here... Do any of them even know about what the student council did? What Maya did?

It- it is true that there seems to be a strange lack of consequences... [It's definitely weird as a shift from Hope's Peak, where murderers where straight-up executed! Not that Ishimaru wants that, though. But still, there should be some kind of punishment for those who murder...] Still, I am worried about the kind of attention that could bring upon you.

[But who knows? Maybe it'll make other murderers steer clear from her and avoid the infamous tiny pink killer!]

...That is a very good question, however. It is possible that the teachers are oblivious to what happened. [He doesn't remember seeing any of the teachers there on that day.]

Maya isn't very nice, but she wouldn't have come up with that by herself. And nobody but us seemed very surprised about it. Somebody had to be behind it.

...Indeed. In hindsight, I can see how she tried to warn me. When I talked to her just as I was beginning to campaign for the position, she asked me if I was willing to kill or give me own life in exchange for a favor... and she told me that I should be prepared for such extremes if I were to join the student council. I did not realize at the time... that she meant that so literally.

But that does imply that - that all student council members were appointed through such ceremonies. There has to be someone who started this, but I have no clue as to who.

I really don't get that girl... But, she cares, doesn't she? In her weird way.

...She truly is an enigma. [He does sound somewhat cold and bitter when talking about her, though. Even while considering that there might be some greater power behind this, he still can't help thinking of her as the face behind those day's events.]

I- I suppose that she does, on some level. ...I shall see if I can understand her better moving forward.

I just wish she'd... I don't know. Trust even one of us, just a little bit?

... I mean, I guess I get it. We're probably not the first people running around here with big ideas about escaping. If I'd been stuck someplace for years and years, I'd be pretty reluctant to get my hopes up again... We just need to convince her we're the real deal.

...Yes, I... I hope that we can earn some amount of trust from her. She does indeed seem very guarded and reluctant to trust us. I know that she values favors and looking out for her brother's wellbeing, but... the only examples of favors she provided were - well, extreme ones.

[A weary sigh. Everything just has to be about death and violence in this school.]

We should just keep on doing our besy!

It was prior to the election that she told me these things, but... Unfortunately, yes. It would seem that the favors that she values are ones that relate to... to the killing or maiming of others. [He hates openly saying this to a child, but there's no way around it. She's stuck here too, so it's better for her to know.]
