It's time for another FAMILY MEETING!!
[There's a sign posted on 3-C on the 27th the future is now indicating that it's that time of month! That's right, it's time for the family meeting!
Lucifer is in charge this time and he is holding a whip, so please behave yourselves or you might get a warning crack near your head. Or don't behave yourselves. He's not your dad. He will, however, try his hardest to keep you all on track.
As Lucifer is also one of the TeamMoms Dads, he's also made everybody lunch as he is wont to do. The rather fancy-looking food is set up on a couple of desks at the front of the classroom to peruse at your leisure. There are cookies and muffins as well, but please try to eat a real lunch instead of subsisting off of sweets entirely.
On the whiteboard, Lucifer has written the following topics & talking points that he'd like to discuss with everybody, and has requested that you all raise your hands so that this can be done in an orderly fashion...Good luck, Luci.
Last but not least, the final bullet is one hundred percent something that Lucifer clearly wants to do, and it reads simply:
So that's... fun.]
Let's try to keep this more orderly than the last one, shall we?
[And yes, the cardboard baby jail is set up in the back of the classroom! Naughty children go to cardboard baby jail. Naughtier children get a whip cracked at them. Have fun, everyone!]
[[OOC: The usual rules of the family meeting posts apply, which means threadjacking/general mingling is allowed and encouraged! Please remember to only share information your character discovered ICly to avoid metagaming. Also no Lucifer will not actually cause physical harm to anyone's characters with the whip unless player permission is granted, I'm not as psychotic as he is, don't worry about it.]]

- Who is missing? Who is confirmed deceased?
- The gladiatorial battle — is it possible that those who died previously may come back to inflict further harm? Any guesses?
- What the Hell was going on last weekend?
- The void in the auditorium is infinite
- Results of last month's investigations that we agreed on doing
- The imps plaguing the school have been removed (thank you to Clamor for his assistance)
- Have we discovered anything new?
Last but not least, the final bullet is one hundred percent something that Lucifer clearly wants to do, and it reads simply:
- Instating a chore chart
So that's... fun.]

[ Nanami states sharply. ]
I know, [ For many reasons. For so many reasons, about how it is believing in others is merely setting herself up for failure. She knows, or has an invested idea that the 'first' murder had to do with Komaeda. She knows, very well what to expect and what to think on situations concerning this.
And when Add speaks as if being cocky having found the answer to this conundrum of issues. Nanami shakes her head, with very fierce eyes settled upon him. ] but that does not make killing something forgivable and if you ever do something like that Add. Then you better realize the sort of trouble you will get for your own selfish enjoyment - none of us want to see you kill someone just for the fun of it. Nor do we want to believe that you would do that to any one of us - even if its just someone who is apart of the school. Or of the group, DONT kill anyone. Theres no use, no reason, and you wont get any enjoyment out of it. If you do something like that and get caught for it.
You can do better than that, so stop it.

Annoying... stop wasting your breath. You don't get to tell me what to do or how I'll feel about it. End of discussion.
[and now he's just going to turn his chair around and ignore her, so there]

Ne, ne, did you come from a world like some of the others? Where killing is the only thing you understand?
[ With how she is leant over on the table she lets her knee rest against the chair beside her. Allowing her to lean forward more to get a better view of his face. ]

Nanami-Chiaki. Add harasses this platform and Turing daily. This behavior is typical of him. He is unlikely to change due to argument.
(It's a suggestion not to bother with him on the surface, but it was also a warning: this dude is a massive creep to synths, beware him.)

[ Well shes going to wait for Add to answer her question, but she is looking over at Legion thoughtfully. ]
Ne, ne... What kind of world are you from Legion?
no subject
(There are no more Geth, aside from them, after all.
They weren't just one robot, but a whole species of them, and people kept trying to destroy them until they finally succeeded.)
Additionally, we served as a soldier aboard the Human ship Normandy in the war against the Old-Machines.
(They are a murderer, friend.)

[ Nanami states rather boldly, except for her. ]
I never killed anyone, killing is not forgivable even if you have an understandable excuse. [ The point is of her saying this, is she does not think killing senselessly or at all is valuable circumstance. The loss of life is something she cannot agree with. However, knows arguably it is something that happens and that many people have done as much especialyl her friends.
Forgivable.
Forgiving the actions of someone for taking another's life, she would never forgive it, but it seems people misunderstand. As if her saying this makes her innocent in any way, when rather she is an Ai and calculative. The loss of life has always come about because of a individuals inability to rationalize a situation and find a corresponding answer to an overwhelming circumstance.
Killing happened yes, but it was not forgiveable.
Her friends have murdered, yes- but it was not okay what they had done.
All Nanami means is, to own up to your senseless actions and make amends for it. To do better.
To do right.
That is what she means. ]
That makes it all the more important we come to an understanding of what we should expect of each other here and why Killing is unforgiveable or bad for that matter.
That means you Add, even if you had to kill. You shouldn't have to feel that way here, there is always another way around all of this if you just take the time to figure it out.

(They don't believe killing is good, but they do believe it is unavoidable.
They do not regret protecting more vulnerable units. Fighting the Reapers with Normandy is something they are proud of, even now.)
However, we agree that avoiding killing is ideal. Murder disrupts unit cohesion, and is what our captors desire of us.

[ As an Ai, analytical prose and thinking has validated the construct and truth of: Killing is unnessicary. It always is and the popularity of it, romanticized by society that killing is needed in order to rejuvenate society or keep it growing. Is. Rather disgusting and wrong to say the least, fed to those who wish to be something by those who use others to become something else.
Such were the truths, and unfortunately death and killing as the other thought. Is unavoidable at times, she knows this. Values this. Understands.
But ultimately, killing is unnessicary if people are open to education and learning openly outside of their own circumstances.
Which is hard when the world - and especially everyone in this room is rather broken as it is.]
I wonder if there is a better way to stop each other from killing, I think everyones is really stressed and we need to focus our energy after we understand the murders on trying to get out of here.

...Do they?
Their headflaps ripple.
They are uncertain if there is a viable solution.)
Uncertain.
(Even their closest allies were willing to betray them, in the end.)
no subject
[ Nanami asks wanting the other to specify. ]
no subject
(They're uncertain if there is a good way to stop others from killing.)

She was and is an Ai constructed for therapeutic benefit. ]
... It still needs to be done regardless. So long as we do as much, the effort will bear fruit.
no subject
(They have learned: it is better to try.)
no subject
[ Nanami suggests openly. ]
no subject
(They chatter.)
You speak of those who have committed a murder here?
(As opposed to Legion, who basically admitted to having murdered people at home.)
no subject
[ Implying that it did already, or would. ]
It hasn't occurred to me to suspect each other until now... [ That's a lie sorta, she just didn't think those who came from her world would.... Fall back into old habits. ] Maybe.
no subject
Their posture shifts, shoulders sagging slightly.)
Our most trusted allies abandoned us.
(It can happen. People who you thought cared for you can betray you at any time.)
no subject
[ There it was, issues that made the reason for killing complicated - unnecessarily so. ]
... You don't have to forgive them for what they did.
[ You do not ever have to forgive what was done, wrong by you or against you. As wrongness is subjective in this strange world where Morales were skewed and humanity were selfishly intricate. Where no one person may want to admit their own doings against another, because humanity is not so individually condensed or simplified... ]
That is why, we have to do better.
[ What is better? What is with Nanami's interjected AI, created by Chihiro and the Therapist.... What does she want and believe in? An instilled programming that she will gladly die for until the end.
Strange that, the girl she was modeled after felt the same and did as much inevitably. For the sake of their friends, being saved by them, and going to save them. ]
There is another answer, so we dont come to the same Game Over as before.
[ The refence is made in the manner it is, because frankly that is just who she is as a person. ]
no subject
(They weren't able to bring themselves to kill their friends even then. If they had, their people would still be here.
...And the creators would not.)
We will continue to try.
Query: Are there individuals about which you are concerned?

(An intervention? Or maybe making an effort to make sure certain people have less access to weapons. Regardless of method, if there's a likely killer in the group, something should be done, even if they're not entirely sure what.)

[there's a bite to his tone, this time, like she's actually getting close to a nerve there... but he's determined not to rise to the "bait". as if he'd break down that easily.
he scoots his chair away from her, pulling his hood down further over his face.]
