hmmm...the hospitality leaves a lot to be desired. it's such a shame -- i have a bad back and there's simply nothing to be done with the way things are now.

That's true, especially for this sort of thing. As nice as it would be to just have to deal with all of it without anyone else having to get involved... when someone's died, these sort of things have a tendency to come to the light.

We try to do what we can, though. Things like sleeping bags, purifying the water, and activities that feel normal help. But there's still only so much that can be done when we're stuck here.
