Please let August be better than July I'm begging

✽ Due to 10+ classes raising their ranks last month, ALL characters have access to the courtyard via the door in the locker area and the windows facing the courtyard.
✽ Characters with 1-10 tallies are not able to get any further past the end of the courtyard before they fall unconscious; characters with 10-20 can get halfway to the pool building before the same happens to them; characters with 20+ tallies can reach the pool building but unfortunately, the door is on the other side. There are no windows on the walls, but from the clocktower, characters can see that it has a glass ceiling, though they are unable to see inside.
✽ Outside, there is no breeze, and it occasionally rains ash.
✽ Characters going up to the 4th floor will feel that the door is warm to the touch, and will occasionally open (see: missions)
✽ The student store opens, with the door propped open with a doorstopper. The npc running the store is currently not interested in conversation, but may be available for threading in the future and is available for threading in the toplevel below. Please see the updated bonus activity page for more information.
✽ Posted on the bulletin board and also handed to each club president before break is the notice that proof of club activity is due at the end of break. Please submit these proofs in the toplevel below.
✽ There is another ad on the bulletin board advertising an exchange student program for the month of October. Applications will be taken until the end of August, and there is a 300 merit point fee. Sister cities include Death City, Devildom, Ishigami Village, Lanling, LazyTown, and Maiami City.

[HE IS FULLY CLOTHED he just swapped out uniforms to his other one. He's not out here causing an indecent exposure incident in the school courtyard.

He glances up at the approach, all smiles and cheerful attitude as he gives a small hum and a roll of his shoulders.] Oh! You're that girl Noah likes, right? I don't think we've officially met yet. [He shakes his hands off into the bucket, wiping the rest off onto his legs.] Just laundry day! The most important part of presenting yourself to the world each day is making sure your clothes are properly washed.

congratulations childe you have flustered the nene! after a moment of trying to process everything, she rapidly shakes her head and hides behind her hands for a moment before taking a deep breath. this does nothing to help her not mumble a bit, however. )

[He's grinning a little to himself, clearly amused at her reaction despite having no intention to prod the topic further. It's not his fault Nene, Noah just doesn't stop talking about you.] Well, it's nice to make your acquaintance, miss Yashiro. You can call me Childe! How has your day been so far?

[He's still all smiles, clearly comfortable with launching into polite small talk despite being in the midst of working his clothes clean]

I'd normally agree, but a lot of things really stack up... ... I-I've been trapped here since March. ( there's been a lot of time for things to stack up.

[He rolls his sleeves back up, tightening the overlap so they wont slip back down again before he's going back into the bucket.] Anything I can help with? In your stack-up, I mean. We can find another bucket for you and keep each other company if it's laundry you've got to do.

( nene immediately shakes her head, waving the suggestion off. unfortunately, in all her time in murder school, she has not learned how to ask for help with tasks and the like. )

You don't have to- it's... it's all settled right now- ( the laundry, she means. though if subaru drags her to the ground again that might change. ) That wasn't quite what I... nevermind. Has... anyone filled you in on the situation yet?

[He tilts his head back a bit, glancing up at the tree to eye the free spaces he has left to hang things on. The lower branches are fairly weighed down with his things as it stands, but there's one he could probably reach if he climbs juuust a bit.]

Well... That depends. What's the situation? I've been filled in on a few things so far, though I'm not sure if any of it is what you're referring to.
