It's a lazy Sunday, late afternoon with the sun making its way down for the day and no longer shining directly overhead the pool building, lights on inside but only to the hour. For those still in the water this late, they may consider getting out soon so they can dry off and get dressed before they're forced to do it in the dark.

Or maybe they should get out now, because in the deep end, something large and dark is slowly making its way up from the depths.

✽ Hikaru can initially be found exiting the pool building yelling for Lucifer-senpai, and will run to the dorms yelling for Lucifer-senpai, if your character needs a reason to go to the pool building

Komaeda takes a stroll around the building, and luckily for him, he comes across the last location I think that still has clues: the boy's bathroom.

Inside, he'll find the entire place smelling strongly of cleaning solution, but most strongly in the bathroom. There are several empty bottles of cleaning solution found in the trashcan, more than what would typically be used for cleaning the building. All the toilets are flushed. The showers are kind of clogged with hair.

He'll dig through the trashcan to see if there's anything else, along with reading the labels of the solution to make sure there isn't any other bottled liquids that could have been mixed in. He'll check the sinks too, just in case, can't be too sure about these things!

...Gross, I know, but when he checks the showers, is there anything else in the hair, which he's going to pick up and check the color, sniff it too to see if it also smells like cleaning products. He appears pretty disgusting, this is gross...

The bottles are all of cleaning solution! They seem to be the same ones found in the janitor's closet in the school and the storage closet in the dorms. The janitor probably got them in bulk. The sinks are clean, but he can find a drop or two of wax on the floor by them.

uhh idk what else gets clogged up with hair. shampoo gunk? snot? The hair is black for the most part, some dark browns, nothing distinct like bright neon pink.
