I know a lot has been going on as of late and I apologize for adding onto everyone's plate here because of it.

But I think some of you who knew me from before haven't been telling me what exactly happened to me from what I don't recall. So I want to know the truth.

Naturally, a public forum isn't the best place for that, so if anybody is willing to be honest with me and not sugarcoat any crap, I'll be in 3-B.

You could always track down someone you know would know something and get them to talk. If they're hiding the truth, then they're going to hide themselves too.

There's someone that I know that might know something, but I don't want to hear it from him.

Aw, well that's not too nice of you, Miss Inaba. Even liars mix in the truth from time to time.

If you don't want to ask him, maybe I will. He might know a few things I'd love to know.

[ As in, who the hell killed her. The, ugh, second time. ]

Didn't say he was a liar. More that he's a pain in the ass to deal with and likes going around in circles.

If you want to deal with him, feel free, but I sure as hell am not. If I want to find the truth, I'm going through different avenues for it.

Hmm. What happens if there's no real path to the truth that you want?

[It's an immediate response. She won't believe that there isn't a real path to the truth.]

Oh, you misunderstand me. The truth can be a lot of things, but the big biiig question is, what do you want the truth to be?

Me? I hope the person who's been really bad is still here so I can find them.

"What I want it to be"-- that doesn't really matter, does it? Something that I want doesn't mean that it's actually true. But I'm not going to delude myself if the truth is something distasteful.

Oh, I really hope that they're still here, because they're going to have to pay for what they did.

Oh! That makes things easier then. You know, they say the enemy of my enemy is my ally, yes?

[ Deliberate phrasing, naturally. ]

In that case, I'll help you out! If your truth leads you to them, let me know! I'll make sure you can see them pay.

I do know that phrase. But I'd be willing to take any help. I'll need to come up with some ideas on how to do that...

[Especially since she's definitely not planning on doing a murder because she isn't about that life. Besides, there are things worse than death.]

If it doesn't, I'll be pissed, to be honest.

I have a few suggestions, but I wanna get a good glimpse of what I have to work with here first.
