[ What is happening is that the building is on fire. If Helena strikes the ground to reorient herself, she'll find that the point of interest is still in front of her, just buried under some rubble now instead of up in the air like it was before, like something had been on an upper floor but now the building looks partially blown apart like a bomb had gone off inside or something. ]

[ The entire apartment gets flooded, water bursting out the glass of all the windows and extinguishing the flames from the inside out, the front door open from the torrent of water that drags debris out of the apartment: a pair of sandals, a dog bowl, an entire microwave with soap suds leaking out from behind the door and something bumping around inside. ]

Listening to Helena's pleas, Lucifer flies down to the ground, and he lets his flooding hex end when the last bit of flames go away. So... probably not that long of a hex. The city will probably be loud again, he's sorry, he doesn't have a choice.]

Here. [Very gently, Lucifer lands and then sets Helena on the ground.] Do what you need to do to locate that object. I won't go anywhere.

[WHO GAVE KOMEADA A GUN???? Narumi, Narumi you have to shoot him now. Why did she hand the gun to him SHE wants to fire the gun! Oh she wants to unload that entire pistol into his stupid toyota right now.

Sara is going to summon her meager, baseless hope that Lucifer would not kill anyone after they'd all asked him not to and her much more certain feeling that Komeada is crazy and if Helena was actually dead they'd be stuck hearing a four hour lecture about why they should feel better about it (hope). She's going to summon these feelings so she can ignore the extremely insane concerning things Komeada is saying and focus on the more practical ones.]

Er... if you have his soul who did we invite out to dinner... [ Isn't the whole point that they don't want Narumi's soul in other things. ] Do you think you could wake Hikaru up and have him put it back?

Sandals for a Narumi who's out there contemplating murder while barefoot, a dog bowl for a hungry pup about to be unstasis'd in the other thread, and a microwave that smells like soap and potato. ]

...I told you, they're flying high at the moment. Adams-san noticed something with her ability, and so they went to chase it... I believe in her, considering she did find the first soul piece by explaining it was underground... in a void like area, which Lucifer-kun took Goto-kun to, and that's why they're laying dead.

( he sighs, leaning against the car seat as he puts the gun back in his pocket. )
