you said you enjoy horror manga -- that's a little unexpected from a girl with as sweet a face as yours!
what do you like about them?

there's a certain thrill that comes with the contrast of being scared and the security of it being fictional i think
and every genre has its own appeal for the most part
(i dont like slashers and excessive gore)
in a good horror story the lore is really fascinating and it's neat to see how the characters and story bounce off of each other, i like seeing the growth that comes from it too?? my favorite is about the psychological effects of surviving a zombie apocalypse, its less about the zombies and more about the survivors, how they cope and heal and how they all work together and find things to enjoy about life despite everything

a lot of people are really surprised that i like that sort of thing but like.................

i like them! fatal frame is sooo good and i really really really love the vibe of little nightmares, even if puzzles and stuff can be tricky
i like ones where theres lots of background details that help tell parts of the story that dont get said too, i love that sort of thing!!

( its funny that natsume will also wind up calling her the little mermaid- though she truly does fit the story. a girl who wants love, to see things she wouldn't get to otherwise... but love stole their voices in different ways. one, in yearning- the other in grief.

but nene doesn't want to bring down the mood. but on the bright side, she doesn't have the energy to fake anything anymore- so the small one she gives him, however melancholy, is still genuine. )
