( he's a little silent at the comments, and he thinks that would probably be good for him. he remembers how rokkun would tease komaeda for making friends, but it seems like the other is doing fine in retrospect as well. he lifts a hand to his mouth, trying to stifle his laugher before he nods. )

Mhm... He'd enjoy the company, he's always trying to say he doesn't like it, but... I'm sure you can get through to him.

( hm, seeing those two on the field would probably be a sight, but who would komaeda cheer for? )

( when he was fighting for his life, the way he used his legs to crush imps under his heel, because that had to be what was tearing him apart. that sort of will was amazing, but even komaeda had no time to actually admire it considering what he had did in response. covered in blood, sent to the void, coming back to see him almost die, calling for amami, pleading with akki to save rokkun... ah. )
