There's an insane asylum that was made into a prison for the criminally insane.

There's a whole prison system on blimps.

There's a prison in the bottom of the ocean for Atlantis.

Oh they're huge. Gotham is known for its blimps, but these prisons are giant so it can fit a million people.

i dont know if id want to kill a criminal outright. i dont think mindlessly slaughtering people is good for anyone but i do think some people should be put to the sword, like serial murderers and stuff
