You tell me a science myth or question you're stumped by, and I'll answer it to the best of my ability. Want a random fun fact? I can supply those as well. I've got 2,000,000 years worth of science knowledge in my head, so hit me with your best shot.

As a side note, any scientific fact I talk about will pertain to my world's sciences specifically; we don't have magic. If you have questions around places that might have magic or magitech, I can't help you in that department at the present time. However, I'm quite eager to learn about your worlds practices as well! I haven't been to Pluto, but I do plan on going to space once I get out of here.

Also, I do think Pluto's a planet! Another fun fact: The people who decided Pluto isn't a planet aren't even qualified to say that! So, it's still a planet in my heart.

Formaldehyde, huh? It's a strong-smelling, colorless gas used in household products and different building materials. It uses the formula CH2O!

When it's not a gas, it's also well-known in medical practices as an embalming fluid and sterilizer.

It's used to preserve bodies until they get buried. Sometimes people have open casket funerals, and morticians use it during that process to make sure they don't decompose quick or look.... any worse off than they can.

[you know i meant that in a way that was like "they're going to do frog dissections again" or something bc in my classrooms in HS they used formaldehyde as a preservative for the cadavers, but like what if i'm omnipotent and know a lot about ori's plans]

Surprisingly enough, just cool, fresh water and light soap works. Rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide can harm the tissue and delay healing for longer.

Oh, but make sure to use soap around the wound- it can cause irritation otherwise. Antibiotic ointments can help prevent infections, however, so it's good to use a thin line of that on the wound when it's cleaned!

N. No??? At least, the sky I'm most familiar with is very much real.

I cannot speak for people who are not from Earth, or are from an Earth with magic. So, that's as good as you're gonna get from me.

Would you say that it might be fairly easy to determine whether or not the sky is fake? With science?

This guy I really don't like but am forced to share a line of work with once came back from a trip abroad to report that our sky was fake.

I just wanted to see an outside source confirm that it's the most ridiculous idea that's ever been proposed.

I think you might need to elaborate on that second part. But yes to the first! Pigs are physically incapable of looking towards the sky due to the anatomy of their spine and neck muscles.

Okay, Ishigami. Is it true that a human being's stomach acid can dissolve stainless steel?

No, because it's all about concentration of stomach acid! Just because your stomach has hydrochloric acid and that kind of acid dissolves steel, it doesn't mean it would dissolve that quickly. It'd still be a pretty slow process, and you'd sooner poop it out.

Not bad. Although, I'm not too keen on the mental image of having to poop out acid. Do you just have all these facts memorized?

Oh whoops- I phrased that weird. You wouldn't poop out acid- you'd poop out the metal. If you pooped out acid, that's a whole different problem entirely!

And basically, yeah! I just had my nose stuck in a book or online whenever I had the chance as a kid. Can't get enough of learning new things.
