I hate to say this, but you all are easily more experienced with this than I am... Still, there's no reason to wait on this when one of our classmates has turned up dead, and another [she is assuming stephanie is theirs] is in the state that she is. I don't want to think one of us had anything to do with it, but turning away from the truth only invites more pain--
So let's lay out what we know and try not to go at each others' throats about it.

Anyway, if he did do anything, it's because there was a good reason! Maybe that reason has something to do with why there's just an arm hanging around? Whoever did that had to be even stronger than he was.

So there's these machines just sorta hanging around, and one of 'ems got a nasty pair of claws -- I'd know, 'cause I was chased by it -- so it could be that... and maybe he saw what you did in the mirror that you mentioned, and tried to get you out and that's why it just took what it could of him.

Or we have a werewolf, that's possible. They'd be able to shift into a half-person form and still have super strength, plus opposable thumbs.
