Honestly, I don't know what's so hard about doing stupid shit to those who may not even be the culprit in the first place -- better to wait for full confirmation rather than making assumptions, really. There's a reason they're called 'assumptions', after all.

Although I vote that those who need it should get a punch in at least for the guilty party.
