Is anyone up at this time? If so, you'll notice the power flickers—sorry if you were working on anything and hadn't saved in a while. This goes for the entire school, but it only lasts a few minutes... It's probably nothing to worry about.

The sun breaks on another beautiful day at Yogen High School. The birds are singing, the weather is clear, and several rooms seem to be a little messed up. While there isn't any immediate smell of blood when one steps into the entrance-way—a relief for those who might remember October's terrible killings—something is definitely... off.

Those who live in Star 4 or who make it their business to visit the cooking room before school starts will probably be the first to know:

It's going to be a long morning.

Clear signs of Add Crimes™

Noah adds this to his sketch and turns the body over.

He's smiling! Very hopeful, eyes closed, it's Komaeda. You know how he is.

Which is probably a little uncanny with the rest of him: he has red blood all over his neck and down his shirt, but he's also covered in pink/black blood from where he was laying on top of Add. There's a similar mix of blood on both his hands, and while he sure is smiling, there's pink and red blood dripping out of his mouth.

There are some wood splinters in his hair, as well as a small amount of blood, though there's no sign of injury there.

Finally, his throat is bulging weirdly, as if there's something inside of it; the spot in his neck where the wound is located is very hard and hot to the touch, too.

Noah makes the executive decision to suck it up and open Komaeda's mouth to check in his mouth — he knows Add's blood probably shouldn't be in there and also what the Fuck did he swallow. If he uses some celestial magic to make a tiny light can he see down there, or...

It doesn't wake Komaeda up, but Subaru gets to experience a little hallucinating like he's high from the red and pink blood mixture... before he feels half of a crystal go into his mouth and he conks the fuck out.

Like Komaeda, he has no pulse and he's no longer breathing. But they're sharing a crystal now, like the world's worst attempt at baby birding someone.

so you know those moments where something happens and you literally sit there in abject shock for a solid sixty seconds just. staring. at the scene.

that's noah right now. watching this shit happen. sitting there. baffled away from crying for approximately the next minute before he just angrily shakes his head, writes all of that down because he knows he's going to have a hard time explaining it later, and then

he walks over and he tries to take the crystal out of subaru's mouth. you stupid fucker.

Hell yeah, get that rock.

Once Subaru's been kicked off and gets to be high as a kite for mumblemumblesometimemumble, they'll be able to perform the Heimlich on Komaeda! The glowing pink crystal goes flying out, and omaeda returns to life.

And immediately starts choking on his own blood again; if he's not treated quickly, he's going to die, but returning the crystal to his mouth will put him back into stasis so he can be carried to somewhere or to someone that can keep him from shuffling off this mortal coil.
