Is anyone up at this time? If so, you'll notice the power flickers—sorry if you were working on anything and hadn't saved in a while. This goes for the entire school, but it only lasts a few minutes... It's probably nothing to worry about.

The sun breaks on another beautiful day at Yogen High School. The birds are singing, the weather is clear, and several rooms seem to be a little messed up. While there isn't any immediate smell of blood when one steps into the entrance-way—a relief for those who might remember October's terrible killings—something is definitely... off.

Those who live in Star 4 or who make it their business to visit the cooking room before school starts will probably be the first to know:

It's going to be a long morning.

Action: They got the PSA so they're gonna go the long way around and check the forest around the front & sides of the school.

There's nothing around the front or the sides of the school! But if they end up tracking back to where all that... mess... is going on, they'll notice the destruction goes on a little bit further past the bodies. Will they investigate?

They will investigate! What can they come across as they follow that destruction trail and inspect it?

There's more broken branches and a very long, deep gash in the ground leading away from the main fight area. The gash looks like it was made by a bladed weapon, a couple inches deep.

Close to where this trail ends is an especially large pile of pink dust and blood. The trees in this area have been scratched up heavily with some sort of blade, and the damage continues on along the edge of the forest (leading away from the basement exit scene). There's some dead animals down that way, too.

Oh geez. Okay this is turning Nanami's stomach, this is... a lot of violence...


Gotta power through, gonna... check the animals, are they relevant?....

Aside from being dead? Nope! It's just clear someone's destruction didn't stop here.

There's still other things to look at here though, like the pile of dust and blood.

Okie dokes let's check those.... what's in the pile?

First off: it's an unusually large pile. Like, extremely unusually large. It's difficult to tell just how much was here originally, though, because there's a lot of it scattered around too. As for what's in the pile...

She'll find that digging into the pile is a little painful, but mostly uncomfortable, and feels a lot like she's sticking her hands into ridiculously sharp glass. Just like with Sara, though, she won't have any cuts on her hands.

How long will she dig through the dust-and-blood pile? The items she has to find are a little on the small side, unfortunately.

They have many pairs of hands available, if Nanami would like assistance! Even if everything is covered in blood and there are dead animals nearby...

[Hello yes, he is here too, he's always been here what are you talking about.

He'll crouch down and help sift, wincing and pulling his hand back before realising it's unharmed? This is not fun, and there's a part of his brain thinking about how much he'll have to wash his hands on loop, but maybe it'll speed up the process with several people involved.]

By the power of the three of them combined...

They'll find, after much combing and sifting, just two things:

• A crumpled, tea-stained note that also has pink blood on it; if compared to the note found in the cooking room later on, it'll be a match both in how it was torn and in the handwriting. This part of the note is simply signed "Add".
  
• A broken compact mirror. It's the same as the one Add has on him (or had, seeing as Noah is taking care of Add's items now), only broken.

[Shin's going to do his thing where he takes a photo of both, just in case, and then openly question:]

Would there even be fingerprints on these...?

[ Thank goodness they found more pieces of the extremely puzzling puzzle, and they'll be able to wash their hands soon. Dusting his fingers off as best he can for now, Alice watches Shin do his crime scene detective thing. ]

Belonging to someone who buried them here, you mean?

[ A third party? Or did Add hide them, and the anatomical model, and even his bedside plushie? But why? ]

What is this dust, even?

[He's really immensely looking forward to a half hour hot shower after this, so stake your claim quick.]

Right, or at least who received this one...

[He gestures to the note, keeping his finger hovering above it in it's point. Crime scene detective habits have attached like the burrs of all the things Shin picks up as he rolls through life like a tumbleweed; it's stuck now, after the two month long investigation.]

Good question...

[He feels like he's seen it before, but it's hard to place... wait, that's it.]

It's something Add sometimes leaves behind where he's been working, but... never this much. It just kinda disappears after a while too...

[But what it's actually made of, Shin has no idea. Magic, maybe?]
