[ It's not long before she reaches that point, where she's unable to see the path that she just came from. Bonnie only looked back once or twice, mainly to see if anything would follow her, but it didn't seem like anything was coming. Oh well.

Once she's at the door, it takes her a second to find the keys from before... and once she's in, she looks around. Augh, there has to be some kind of light switch here as well--

Except, that's immediately ignored.

What isn't is the gem that's waiting at the back of the room, glimmering, nearly calling out to her. ]

Ohh?! How beautiful!

[ It's a present just for her! Time to press on towards that gem then, traps be damned. ]

[ Unfortunately, the hallway was empty, but the dark room seems to have something within it. She'll feel and hear what seems to be the cracking and crunching of bones under her heels as she moves along, everything from delicate finger bones to crushed in skulls. The shadows themselves seem to shift around as she does so, each step drawing another slight response, but nothing that would impede her from collecting her bounty.

What a prize it is! There are two that await her, in fact. One is a lapis lazuli, a circular precious gemstone that's just the right size to fit into the slot in front of the west arrow in the front room. But it's likely the second item that will justify her trip down here, a reward for her bravery in the form of a large fabergé egg. It's warm to the touch, but there's nothing that suggests any danger.

The skeletal hand that grabs ankle, on the other hand, may be of some concern. ]

[ After the first step, she pauses for just a moment. An all too familiar crunch beneath her, and from the corner of her eye, some movement. Interesting. For the moment, she continues her focus on the treasure in front of her. Two things, even! It's too dark to really get a better look at the lapis lazuli, so she'll have to pluck that up and stash it for later.

In terms of that egg, she holds out her hands to reach for it, surprised slightly by the warmth... yet, not so much by the sudden movement and the grip on her ankle. Her voice simply drops an octave or two: ]

Hey, didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to grab someone like that?

[ Her hands come off the egg, and she swivels a bit, stamping down at the bones beneath her. Just enough time for her to prepare herself and ready her basket. ]

[ Stamping it is effective! There's the pleasant crack and crunching of bone shattering beneath her, and the rattling of bones as the skeletal creature makes an effort to retreat. Unfortunately this doesn't go quite as intended, and judging by the sound it seems to be struggling to get itself up and off the ground - themselves? It sounds like there might be two of them trying to disentangle from each other actually. ]

Tch. Boneheads.

[ nobody's around to hear this but her. But she's still extremely proud of herself! Either way, if they're all tied up that means she'll have to make do with her initial plan! Which at this moment is grabbing hold of that egg and stuffing it into the basket, replacing it with one of her uzis.

Her goal's just to run and maybe fire back at anything following her, heading back the way she came. ]

[ god hears her and is proud of her, unlike the boy she's nailing it

Bonnie will be able to get out of the room without so much as a scratch! She'll be be busting a few skulls open, but while there seems to be a large number of them they're fortunately relatively weak and easily disposed of - so long as she doesn't let herself be caught and dragged down, she'll be safe. They will not leave the room. ]
