[Open] Awakening+
Who: The new girl Sara Chidouin and You!
When: June 16th
What: General opening post for the girl
Warnings: Blood, mentions of death. General emotional confusion. Ori gave me a....unique awakening haha. XD
A. AWAKENING
Ugh. [ Her head hurts. That's the first thing Sara can think about as she slumps in the hallway, blinking. She's staring at her hands, but she can't seem to process what's going on. Her head just, hurts, and she rubs at it, blinking when she feels how sticky her hand is. ] What?
[ She stumbles, hand staining the wall as she tries to balance herself in this sudden vertigo. Sara stares down uncomprehendingly. Blood its...covered in blood. A lot of it, more then could be from an accident or an injury. After all, nothing hurts except this strange, dizzy feeling. And... That can't make sense. She'd just won the banquet, she'd just left class. She hadn't... She'd never meant to do anything. All she could remember was seeing a fellow student and...red string? And then she was here, and she was Sara again?
Did...I do this? The thought makes her sick but...she can't even find the energy to react. It's just too sudden.
If anyone walks by, they'd see her standing stock still in the hallway, covered in blood and staring down at her hands with a blank expression. ]
B. CLEANING UP
[ She's managed to drag herself into the bathroom at least. It doesn't lock (of course, this is a school isn't it?) so she balls up her jacket and throws it towards the bottom of the door. It might not stop anyone from coming in but it makes her feel a bit better to have at least something blocking the door. At least the taps turn even if she's getting blood all over the handles. It takes a few seconds of frantic scrubbing before she can even see the skin.
Sara looks like a mess, even she can acknowledge that. The face that peers back at her in the mirror is stark and dead eyed, dressed in an unfamiliar uniform. The collar is gone, but when she pulls the hem of her shirt down to look, she sees a thin pink scar where it used to sit tightly against the skin. So that was real, and this was real too? How frightening. She really is terrified, haha. ]
I don't remember hurting anyone. [ She addresses the girl in the mirror mostly, and really, really hopes nobody is in here with her. Whatever supernatural abilities Midori, Sou and the rest expect her to have, she's not sure she could explain this at all. Come on thats just...to cruel, isn't it? ] And...I don't have any reason to. So this is just another puzzle? It has to be.
C. GETTING ANSWERS
[ By the evening she's calmed down and cleaned up (thank goodness for the change of clothes in her locker). Now its time to stomp around till she can find...someone to corner. The first person who looks mildly knowledgeable or unique (she knows how this works thanks!) is going to look up to see a very peeved 17 year old marching towards them. ]
This is a game right? Tell me the rules. Now. [ That's no nonsense Sara Chidouin for you. ]

c!
We're still in the process of learning them. While the school rules are on the bulletin board, there's a set of unspoken rules that we haven't uncovered yet. I'm sorry I can't give you a better answer.

Do the school rules say what winning is? Are there teams...or a gimmick?

"Graduation" is the goal set by the school- we're, um, trying to figure out what brought us here and how to escape. Every month we seem to get a bit more freedom, but only certain classes. The previous graduating class only had one member. If... if someone has learned what they mean by graduation, though, they haven't told me.
... We're trying to work together, but... not everyone is. And not everyone agrees on what the best for all of us is.
no subject
Hm. Well people will do what they think they need to survive, right? At least your answering my questions. Thank you, by the way. I'm Sara.

I'm Nene Yashiro. I wish we met under kinder circumstances. So, um, do you want to go sit down? There's a lot you should know, but... well. It's a lot.
no subject
I...yes I don't want to be in a hallway right now, Yashiro. Thank you very much. [She offers a small smile. ] Its still nice to meet new people, even in situations like this.

Ah? [ Her forwardness earns a slight cant of his head, lips curled into a smile. ] A "game"? Are you hoping for this to be a game of Clue? Then you should know that we're here to find the killer.
[ He's bullshitting but let's see if she believes him first -- ]
no subject
... [ Sara lets out a silent huff. She's really not in the mood to deal with people like this. ] I already know there's a killer. [ The bloodstain she left on the wall looms large in her memory. ] No, I really hope this isn't a game but are you going to tell me it isn't?

Like...in American time travel movies? You're not pulling my leg, are you?

But there's memories like we've been here for so long... and then we're having an orientation? [ Hajun then cants his head. ] Plus, I'm meant to be a college student.

[ Arthur grumbles it when Sara first comes into view. For as much as Arthur has been keeping to himself on an interpersonal level here, it's not in his nature to leave something like this alone. He coughs violently.
Hence why he's approaching with caution, eyes peeled on his surroundings in case something did this to her. ]
What happened?
no subject
I didn't do anything. I was just on my way out of class and something this awful... just suddenly occurred. [ Is she even making sense. She needs to speak more clearly. ] There was another student b-but I don't see a body?
no subject
[ This girl absolutely does not seem like a killer, given the way she seems to be curling into herself, but Arthur is not terribly good at offering much in the way of support.
It's not his first time seeing this much blood, meaning he has little trouble staying composed here. ]
You remember anything else about it? [ He's unfortunately learning that a lot of things in this school aren't as real as they seem. ]
no subject
[She absolutly cannot stand having blood on her. Hasn't she seen enough awful deaths? Arthur might be unaffected, but she's trembling. She's seen people die but not in any way she'd had any control over. She almost wishes she'd seen people die normally, not these...strange absurd ways the world kept taking people away from her. ]
Red string. [ She wants to touch her head, but her hands - ] Red string. There was red string between us? Like on the third floor.
no subject
Okay. Red string. [ There's a beat as he processes this. ] And what? You pulled it and it blew up, or-?
[ Okay, you're going to have to explain this real in-depth to him. What the hell is playin around with some string gonna do to make this kid look like she was out butchering animals? ]

B.
Yo, you good cuz?
[ His male voice might alarm her... If she can sense supernatural things she will be able to sense theres something off about him. ]
when the imposter is sus..........
[ You know those days when you're like, this might as well happen? Sara is looking at a fully grown man crossdressing and...she just stops, takes a deep breath and nods. ]
I am...fine. [ Just you know, still covered in blood and with her hair down and was maybe crying a bit. Yes. ] I'm sorry if I disturbed you. I'll...er. I mean I'll leave soon.
no subject
[ Hyde admits pulling his arms behind his head and leaning against the wall casually. ]
no subject
[ She doesn't know how to deal with such casualness. ]
I don't know. I didn't see a body.
[ She can't deny she might have done it...can she? ]
c
Huh?
[ It takes her mind a second to catch up, but she soon realizes what the other girl means. ]
Oh... This isn't a game, and there aren't really any rules either. Not that I know of.
no subject
But this is odd right? Maybe I should have said er..."is this a killing game?" Or am I wrong, ahaha.
no subject
Huh? You know about killing games?
[ Yeah, that’s probably a weird thing to say too, but she’s too surprised to think about it. ]
no subject
Let...me try starting over. Maybe that will clarify things? My name is Sara Chidouin. Before I woke up here, I remember being part of a horrible "game" run by an organization called ASUNARO, but now my collar is gone and I don't see anyone I was with. Did something similar happen to you?
no subject
[ But she can't help but briefly wonder if maybe that organization was behind the killing game she was apart of too. ]
But... I don't know if we're in one here. It feels like it sometimes...
