[bro this is all so disorganized. Shepard can hardly stand it -- but she's heard of the meetings that they had had in the past, and she's going to take it upon herself to do one of her own. they had to get all of their facts together somehow, at least.

Everyone meet me near the pool. Between the apparent disappearances last month and what's been going on at the pool, we need to get our facts straight. Meet me here after school's over for the day.

she's not going to lock anyone in or anything, but if you try to pass her by, she's going to give you A Look like you'd better mind her message. not that she's even close to punching someone out, but. there's probably something a little bit intimidating about the commander who's looking at you expectantly if you try to ignore her meeting.]

Do you think we can kill it? I mean... it bit someone in half and it's clearly... still hungry. [Do not perceive the fact that he fed it. In fact, he's just not even going to say anything about him and Komaeda feeding the fucking mystery leviathan.] I could lure it to the surface and kill it before it kills anyone else.

[???] We don't know if it killed that person, though. You can't kill someone just for being hungry.

It's a danger to everyone here, though. We can't use the pool unless we deal with it, and I don't know of an ocean anywhere around here to throw it into. Unless its sentient [or endangered] it shouldn't be a problem.

This school is already messed up, so it's probably better just to kill it.

... Or we could just not use the pool until we've found a way to remove the hungry monster from it, safely and without murdering it?

Well, I would say that's fair, and that no one should be using the pool unless they want to die? If it's aquatic, we can't exactly remove it from the pool and rehome it. It's not like a dog.

Whoever put it there had some way to do it; we'll just find out what they did and... opposite it. And it'll go back home. Shouldn't everybody be able to go back home?

We also don't know how far down the pool goes. It's... entirely possible it's exactly where it's meant to be.

If it's meant to be at the bottom of the pool, we can't relocate it, so I say we just kill it.

We're killing it because somebody's dead body got thrown into its house and it was hungry? How many fish live in a pool?

It could eat some of the living students! I guess we can close the pool down, but some people here are stupid and can't read the big yellow caution tape!

Maybe it only eats dead things. I mean, we've been using the pool up 'til now, right? And no one's lost a limb? So what's the big deal?

I'm in agreement that we shouldn't jump straight to eradicating it, though. It could be an asset if we figure out what it wants. If anything, we can find a way to capture and contain it.

If it didn't come up when me and Komaeda were feeding it meat from the kitchen, [SO MUCH FOR NOT BLABBING] then I doubt it's going to come up that easily.

But putting that aside, do you think the person knew there was something in there in the first place...? Or do you think they just thought it was like, a good place to toss a body 'cause it goes down reaaally far?

Well... I'm not really sure, so don't quote me on this, but don't dead bodies float? You'd need to weigh it down so that it sinks, right? Maybe... that's what the rocks in their pocket were for... But I think you'd need a lot of rocks. That doesn't really answer any questions but I think whoever did this obviously wanted the body to sink, right?

My question is, how would someone have known there's a creature down there? When me and Komaeda were feeding it, we didn't know something was actually down there, it was just something Komaeda suggested to me at the time. When I swam down the few times I went, I didn't see or hear anything. [So it doesn't roar, but also to be fair it gets dark in the depths, so how is anyone supposed to see anyway?] I guess Nene knew, but...

Natsume said that the pockets had holes in 'em and the only rocks that stayed in there were the ones he found, so maybe there were more to help way them down...? Oh, or they could've tied cinderblocks to the feet and dragged them down that way!

So I'm not necessarily sayin' they did know, but that if they didn't they'd still wanted it to sink 20,000 leagues under the sea. The monster might've just been a hidden bonus.

I... gained the ability to see what cannot normally be seen recentLY, so I've been aware of its presence just like the little LAMB. ( yeah, he's got to say it like this, leave him. ) It's possible only those who can see spirits and the like in some way are able to see there's something lurking down THERE.

I didn't know anything was down there when Komaeda brought it up was the thing. It was just a hypothesis, over a week ago now back when the pool first opened up. We fed it steak.

Cooked or uncooked steak?
