...I wonder, what would happen...? ( it's horrible to say, but it's a genuine question. ) They appeared on my phone, and a camera that I found here. I was also told they're not normal by someone who's been in this school longer than me.

( komaeda makes one for himself, and then stands up properly as he points towards the wisteria tree. )

The framed photo in the principal's office also suggests... they've been here for awhile.

They don't have twinned TAILS, so they wouldn't be nekomata—maneki-neko are for good LUCK, and I suppose there's been something to that HERE... They don't transform THOUGH, so we can count out bakeneko and anything derivative from its transformaTIONS.

Hm, that's correct, we can't rule out those here... Do you remember that one student who went missing ( many, but there's a specific one), Lily May seemed to have enjoyed herself around then.

as they come to the tree, it may take a bit, but there's a few dragonflies zipping around, and perhaps they like the tree? who knows. there's various colors from black to blue, and one single red that's meant to be on the rare scale. slowly komaeda twirls the string and rock in hand, carelessly throwing it forward to show an example, he knows that natsume will be watching from how attentive he is.

Cats normally only resort to that type of thing if they're hungry eNOUGH. ( it isn't like... you die and your cat is like yum yum time to snacc ) There's plenty of food here THOUGH, and they get treats beSIDES, so I can't imagine it's because of THAT.

Or at least lucifer is. he watches komaeda, then the dragonflies... hmm. he twirls the string and rock too, but when he tosses it, it's with a little more purpose; he knows that he doesn't have a natural luck the way komaeda does, so he has to be more strategic with this.

Have you noticed how they eat, the black cat only eats a little, but gives the majority to the white cat?

( it's a rare sight since he hardly gets to see the black cat, but he knows that's how they tend to eat when komaeda attempts to feed them. why is that when she remains so full and red, but the other one struggles to at least get a meal that could carry him for a few more hours?
