[As Hinata feels them fall asleep, the tension goes out of his own body, a piano string wound too tight finally allowed to slack. Their breath had been hitching so much before they fell asleep, but he can only hope that rest will give them a brief respite. His own dreams don't, but he hopes it for them desperately all the same.

He doesn't really know what to do with himself, in the minute or two after they fall asleep, but then he can feel his own exhaustion starting to catch up with him. It's not physical so much as emotional - even now, now that he knows they're asleep, Hinata can feel the tears he'd been fighting back finally starting to slip onto his cheeks. A moment of weakness now that he doesn't have to try to be strong for them.

His own eyes are starting to fall shut, embrace a little looser but still secure as his own breathing slows down. If they're both resting... then that's probably fine, right...?

It's... probably fine...

Hinata's quickly entered that place between awake and sleep, so even he won't remember later the word that slipped out of his mouth.]
