I made lots and lots and lots of things this month! With wood and stone and glass and metal, and it was really really fun! We should have commercial holidays every month!

( he pats npckun's back, letting them know they can let go even though he knows they aren't going to let go, so he lays his cheek on their head. )

What are we going to do for January, there's New Years, but that's too close together... hm... That's Hinata-kun's birthday, but he'd hate for it to be a school wide holiday.

World Peace day on the 1st, Kagami Biraki on the 11th, rubber ducky day on the 13th, the entire month of January is apparently Soup Month and if anything, npckun can take advantage of Shin and any of his friends on that alone. ]

I want to do something for Ani's birthday... What do you think we should do?

( rubber ducky day, so you can make soup that has petals in it with little duckies floating around in it that are edible! there's so many ways to take advantage, so that sounds like a plan, actually. )

That would mean we'd have to make flyers, Akehoshi-kun is pretty great at that. ( endorse him for those, and them maybe a few cute drawings. ) You'd have to tell him what holidays in advance.

...A bonfire sounds fun, too. Roasting marshmallows, telling stories, it was fun on the beach so maybe. Even fireworks.

[ They must be such good friends if Amami would drop everything and immediately come over, npckun thinks to themselves. By the time Amami arrives, he'll find npckun sitting on top of the counter with the pda on their lap, trying to draw out a rudimentary map of the school on the touchpad with their finger. ]

We can trap him here, and corner him over there... How strong do you think you have to be to throw a blanket over somebody's head and wrap them up?

He's actually thinner with his clothes on, so we'll need someone with a bit more muscle to take advantage of him.

A third year could catch him immediately if he's just leaving his classroom, but that would be too early... knowing him, he'll walk around like it's not even his special day. We need someone who's fit, that's the best conclusion I can draw from this...

( as soon as he hears the pants, komaeda looks to the side as amami catches his breath, and as his eyes look the ultimate over, he nods. ) Between your brother and Amami-kun, who's bigger? They both have that air of being able to snatch people up if they're not paying attention.

[ npckun looks up when Komaeda does, catching the moment in their periphery and then hopping off the desk so they can run up to Amami and engage him in a 42 minute hug. ]

Aniki! Even if you scream and cry and punch, he won't let go! I don't want him to punch Tarou-nii.

[ Rokkun can take it. ]

( oh— here they come. amami'll catch them in his arms, and if they have any momentum at all on them when they reach him, he'll give them a little spin too before letting their feet back on the ground again. he's smiling, but with the kind of confusion that says clearly this is some kind of joke he's not quite in on, huh? )

Haha, yeah, I think I'd take a pass on that one. You two don't mind if I ask why you're planning a kidnapping though, do you?

( it can't... be as bad as it sounds, he reasons, because komaeda makes everything sound worse than it is and kamo-kun isn't capable of doing wrong. )

( simple as that as he watches them, since npckun left to hug amami, komaeda will reach for his pda so that he has something to click on in the middle of the conversation. he's never been good at staying still, his mind jumps around, and so does his need to disappear when he finds that's enough of his presence today. he doesn't feel that way at the moment, and so he's able to play on his device. )

He's a New Year's baby, we want to kidnap him so he can enjoy himself. That's all, so we'll make Rokkun do the dirty work.

[ Oof, a little tighter grip when they get spun, but then they go right back to their normal hugging. ]

Ani's been teaching you guys knots in your club, right? If you tie him up and show him the knots, I bet he'll be super proud!

[ Rokkun they can trust to knock somebody out and pull a bag over their head, but Amami and Komaeda are better with the finer details, like tying a person up so they can't escape, and hauling them around the school without giving them the chance to orient themselves. ]

Ah, yeah — I've heard he's gotten pretty good with them.

( not that amami's shown up to half the survival club meetings unless asked for a key lately, though he knows how to tie knots well enough, but listen, he'll get back on track with that. there is one thing that amami's still a little hesitant on though, smiling sheepishly as he puts it into words. )

I don't suppose just walking him there to surprise him would work, huh?
