Is anyone up at this time? If so, you'll notice the power flickers—sorry if you were working on anything and hadn't saved in a while. This goes for the entire school, but it only lasts a few minutes... It's probably nothing to worry about.

The sun breaks on another beautiful day at Yogen High School. The birds are singing, the weather is clear, and several rooms seem to be a little messed up. While there isn't any immediate smell of blood when one steps into the entrance-way—a relief for those who might remember October's terrible killings—something is definitely... off.

Those who live in Star 4 or who make it their business to visit the cooking room before school starts will probably be the first to know:

It's going to be a long morning.

Well, he'll certainly find something by the basement exit! The one that leads out into the forest. That one.

It seems like there was a pretty intense anime fight here. Snapped branches, broken trees, tiny impact craters on the ground, etc. The same pink dust and splotches from the basement hallway too—definitely seems like something went on here for a hot minute.

There also seems to be something a little ways off from the basement exit, too... Will he check it out?

So: there's two bodies, which are very clearly Add and Komaeda. There's a lot of debris here, suggesting this is where the fight took place! A few spots near the bodies are mixed with a black liquid.

Be careful around here, too: there's a lot of poison ivy, and there's a clump of it missing from the patch. That's piled a few meters away from the bodies! Also a little bit away from the bodies is a small hole in the ground, like one made with a knife or short blade or something—and speaking of holes, there's also another one in a tree by the bodies, more round and bullet-shaped.

One more thing: between the bodies and the basement exit are both of Add's dynamos. They're unresponsive, scratched up, and dented—but judging by the way the grass is still green and there's no damage to the immediate area, they were probably just sat here instead of like, knocked over this way.

okay first of all: noah is tired of walking in on the corpses of his friends but he's not going to cry yet because he's past that. he will cry later

second of all he's sending a network ping because I need help with investigations as I am silly that just says forest basement exit come asap and that's all, pls help him

anyway Noah does not believe Add is capable of death because it's Add so he's going to check their pulses

terrible, awful, bad vibes. but she remembers where this is, so Helena's coming. hopefully Noah left the door open or something but she can navigate there without light.

what do you need, mr. ebalon...what do we have to taptap and do

noah will politely ask helena to taptap for the missing poison ivy clump which he points out while sounding like he's trying not to have a mental breakdown. we can start small for now

ok, here we go, looking for the poison ivy. when is he going to say that there's two bodies here.

Neither of them have pulses! Which might not be very new for Add, given he has a Weird Void Body, but is pretty new for Komaeda despite looking like he's always on death's door. Exciting. They're also not breathing, as a note.

Which body will he be looking at first specifically? Komaeda is on top of Add, so he'll have to shove him off if he wants to check out the latter more in depth.

Noah doesn't exactly want to mess with crime scenes because people get mad at that, so real quick he pulls out his sketchbook and tries not to cry again as he loosely scrawls out the scene on paper. He read it in a book once okay

Alright now he's gonna check out Komaeda and mess with the crime scene, with Helena here to help of course

That's our Noah! So responsible.

Komaeda is face-down with his head resting on Add’s chest, just below where the core-hole is. His arms are also pulled up onto the chest. There is a hole clean through his neck that has since been filled with sharp clusters of pink crystal, making it look like some weird space shit was shot through it instead of a bullet. Despite looking like a dead body, Komaeda is actually... warm.

Will Noah turn him over?

Clear signs of Add Crimes™

Noah adds this to his sketch and turns the body over.

Once people are done investigating the body, Ranger is going to at least make an attempt to confiscate Komaeda's things from them... But whether or not that succeeds, he's going to take his boyfriend thanks.

how dare he die...as his hot adult self. ugh. add-chan........

time to rummage through his guts again. can sara find his Life Orb still in his chest. he should be okay if she can find that!

BODY: ADD

Yeah, so unfair... We're losing hot people and Komaeda by the day...

Sara digs into Add's guts (again), and she finds that it feels like she's sticking her hands into ridiculously sharp glass. It's not too painful, but it's really, really uncomfortable. Thankfully, it doesn't actually leave any cuts.

Other things she'll be able to note is that he's corpse cold... except for where Komaeda was laying on him. He's flat on his back, and there's not a lot of blood beneath him aside from what's seeped through his clothing while he's been laying there.

However, his entire left arm is missing at the shoulder, and he has a wide gash along his right side. There's pink/black/red blood and severe cracks/damage all over his right hand! Also, presumably what Sara's putting her hand into, is a large diamond-shaped hole in his chest filled with pink/black blood. There's bite marks through his lower lip, too, and his expression is very pained; the bite marks were obviously from him gnawing on his own lip. He doesn't look particularly angry or upset though otherwise, sort of just his usual resting bitch face.

There are several other damaged areas (gap in the right elbow, left foot, ring around the neck under his collar), however anyone that's seen Add's true form will know that these are "normal" and "supposed to be there". If Sara is one of those people, she will know, otherwise I guess it's probably the Elsword character conveniently located looking at Subaru like he's insane.

As a bonus for being Sara, the Life Orb that's usually in his chest is missing! Obviously! It might still be possible to save him if it's still in tact, as she would already know. Wherever it might be.

Last but not least, there are some traces of a message scratched into his skin/clothing, though it looks like it was written over the same spot a couple times and has since started to dissolve. The only part that can be read is the one right by Komaeda's hand, below the hole in Add's chest: "don't follow me."

Actually one more thing, almost forgot: most of the stains around the bodies matches the pattern of the rest of the stains, ie. looks like it fell straight down as if it was floating in the air and then gravity kicked back in later. Some of the stains have landed on top of the bodies because of this. The black/pink blood on his chest wound has spilled out and stained into his coat. There's red blood splattered on his chest as well (from Komaeda, who is also piled on top of him so this is not shocking).

ow ow ow...it hurts... both her hands and her soul...its good it doesnt leave any cuts because i dont think sara knows adds blood would make her trip balls. that'll be a suprise for later if she forgets to wash her hands after this.

she'll take his face in her hands, trying to examine his expression more closely... he's injured and his expression looks pained. but this couldnt have been a fair fight? is his expression similar to the way it was when sara killed him before? (every sentance i write of this investigation makes me more insane_

Since he's coming out from the basement exit, Ranger is going to check out the dynamos more closely while the rest try to kill Komaeda fr.

How I put the dynamos in my other comment too before I saw this one, crying. Like in the other comment, they're dead but they're able to be fixed by someone with some mechanical knowledge if they pass a dice roll; they match the dents to the generator, and aside from being scratched up and the like they're in-tact.
