I had to go find that thread and damn, Maya really said those exact words, wow. With that opinion, along with the fact that Maya doesn't consider most people friends, Hiro shakes his head, and holds his hand flat, palm down, in front of his chest.

In his opinion, Maya's opinion of the president was neutral. She spoke harshly of her to Komaeda, but that's just Maya. ]

[ They can... split up. Komaeda can go pander the teachers while they stay here and learn how to crack safes. ]

I believe hope is best experienced, not taught in a classroom setting.

[ Komaeda can lead hope discussions, but it has nothing to do with Kazuki. ]

You're going to hate it. Like I said, it's boring.

[ But he has had days where he's done nothing but lie in the courts and stare up at the sky and let the hum of the electric fence fill his head. ]

You're never been, though, and new experiences can be worth it, even if it turns out to be boring.

[ It's not a wish that can be fulfilled so easily, though, they think. That sort of impossible wish is the only sort they know to make on the stars; small wishes, reachable wishes, those are things they grab for themselves without putting their hopes in the sky.

Do you think it counts if you wish on the stars during the day? They're still there.

maya is savage as fuck ori, i was crying, i was like damn what aiko do (die), but that was komaeda-arata's impression of maya's thoughts on aiko, so it seems like they didn't get along. he stares at the way hiro places his palm to his chest, and he nods in understanding. )

( he wants hiro's thoughts, and then he thinks about how maya gave him a bento for being good to hiro, and he wonders if this counts. )

subaru's quiet, tilting his head against theirs, and opens his eyes, done with his wish. he'd discarded the monster of one it'd become, and had decided on something simple. something that he wished for every time he looked up at the stars, and worked towards fulfilling himself.]

They are still there. And the sun's a star too, so if you can't remember where they were once they're gone you can make a wish on our warm neighbor... so I'm gonna say yes. ♪

[that way, they can wish anytime they want to...!]

( like he's taken the chance of a lifetime, which he'll peel himself off npc-kun, and then proceed to find the stairs to go up without even looking back. his footsteps are loud until... they're gone, like a ghost's footsteps, soundless... and just the beat of his shoes left in the memory.

at least the second story is the 3rd years... so he can pick a random classroom... )

[ It's a family beach outing...

npc-kun stares down at the cup of pool water, tentatively picks it up... sets it down in front of Komaeda. He's the castle making expert here; show them what they're supposed to be doing, they've never read a step by step instruction manual for sandcastles. ]

Experience, told, and learned! Don't ever limit hope to just one thing!

( he's a little serious about this, almost like he's appalled he would say such a thing. )

Even stories can help the underdogs have hope! ( waters... the plants seriously. )

( oh, the courts is that place stephanie was at that one time... well, it's not like he paid attention, so he guesses it'll be his first time focusing... he doesn't know... sports weird. )

[ They're never going outside at night without supervision again. Good good good. ]

[Lucifer runs his hand through the back of his hair and looks a bit sheepish as he fucks it up. Sorry, he's more the type to ask questions now and process emotions later.]

Do you remember last weekend, when you called for me to come deal with the thing swimming in the pool? [And he totally didn't deal with it. He fed it an imp.] Did anyone let you know what that was...?
