✽ Silence lifts at six in the morning, and there is still quite a bit of time before classes start. Early risers who decide to return to school from the dorms cross the courtyard and open the double doors and—- something cold and wet drips down onto their head: old blood from the torso of a student(?) bound by rope and strung up above the doors to the courtyard, body burned black and cut in half at the waist.

either way, he doesn't know if he should? take the arm? so he'll leave it there where he found it, because that's what they do on crime shows, and he'll give the locker space themselves a second round of looking just in case there's something else he missed
yeah this includes seeing if any of them are unlocked since that worked last time
if there isn't though let me know because he will take that body down, reluctantly, with a chair, since amami straight up looked at it and left him

Subaru respects the limb and leaves it alone, looking around the lockers themselves. He won't find any of them unlocked, but he will find a bit of blood on top of the lockers next to where the arm was found, also with bloody paw prints surrounding it. From how the blood on the ground looks, he can reasonably assume it had rolled off the top of the locker, fell on the ground, and rolled a little bit aways.

his first thought is to climb onto the lockers since he's a jock and see if there's anything else up there, so while he does that i'll ask if there's any other major clues in the area or if the arm is all there was non-body investigation wise so i don't get turned around personally speaking

Subaru climbs on top of the lockers since he's a jock, and from up here, he can see the legs hung up in front of the door to the courtyard, the torso hung up in front of the front doors, and also the body hung up in front of the elevator.
But there doesn't seem to be anything else that hasn't already been found, aka this is all that's to be found in the locker area unless somebody wants to look at anything closer.

oh my god there is just a birds eye view of bodies up here. okay. i'll have him sit tight here because won't lie he'll investigate a body if he gotta (he'd help someone take them down at least) but i want other people to have their chances...
actually retcon he'll put the arm up here so komaeda doesn't get any bright ideas to take another and Then he'll sit tight unless needed

he'll drag one of the library chairs as quietly as he can since it's close to the student store and he doesn't want to alert npckun of his presence at the moment. pick your poison/let me know if you want me to put this in the sign-up area instead i'm all for being a lab rat in this new system
