im detective noah ebalon

we have a body near the front of the auditorium. female, unknown age, burnt to a crisp. no tracks leading to or from the body. im here with detective kaede and i think the victim may have been pushed out of the windows above the auditorium or off of the roof. i dont want to leave the scene of the crime at the moment as there are still things to investigate, so im calling for backup. can i please get other detectives to check the 3rd & 4th floors and the roof for evidence?

There was a note from her on the Vice President's desk asking her to meet her there. Some short orange hairs as well. We're currently investigating but could use some assistance.

Miyuki had sat there, stuck in his own mind about the whole affair, ping ponging between scenarios he's made up in his head at Yogen and what he'd do if this kind of madness happened at Shuchiin.

Even if he had nothing to do with this, even if he couldn't have stopped whoever did this, Maya Arisu's death felt like a failure on his part to both student councils.

It's a while before he checks the PDA, and the responses he's gotten and his stomach sinks lower. Arisu's brother. Her twin. While he wishes Shin would've handled it a little more delicately, it wasn't his fault; they had to know. Whatever he responded with wouldn't be able to quell whatever resentment Hiro Arisu would have, so for once, he'll just have to go the simple route. ]

Okay, so, Hiro doesn't actually know who Miyuki is. He isn't one to pay much attention to others, and Miyuki had just joined the student council and so wasn't on his radar for very long, so this is sort of guesswork, arriving at the student council room and thinking he'd lucked out in seeing somebody there who is maybe maybe not Miyuki.

Hiro is going to stand there like ten feet away and stare at him. Maybe recognition goes the other way, and he'll do something guilty, and Hiro can pretend he knew exactly who he was coming for all along. ]
