January mini-event part 2

✽ The silence has lifted once more, but the school remains relatively silent. The chatter and footsteps of students moving through the halls won't be there for some time. The Principal's office remains deadly cold and frozen, but if anyone is brave enough to try and push it open, they'll find that it won't open. The door seems to be stuck, almost as though there's something heavy pressed up against the door.

INVESTIGATION

Location: At the door!
Action: Komaeda's weak as hell after trying to jingle the handle and push it, so he's going to use his hacking gun to have his nice, and handy dandy, oil leaking Monokuma attempt to push the door open for him.

What's the verdict!!

Can he not get oil all over the place? The janitor just cleaned the place, show some respect.

Anyway, Junk Monokuma will have no issue forcing the door open. He'll find that the frozen body of Hiro Arisu had been hidden behind it. His hand was still clutching the door handle, and so it'll snap off once once the door's forced open. I'm sure there's a joke about lending a hand somewhere in there.

He'll clean later or something, depends on how he's feeling atm.

Now that's interesting, good ol... Arisu-kun! Truth bullet obtained sfx.

1) What sort of position is Hito in? Standing? Laying on the floor while grabbing the door? Gotta know what his final moments were like.
2) Komaeda can see out through Junk Monokuma's eyes when using the Hacking Gun, so is there any final words on the back of the door since he can't see that part, etc.
3) Can Junk Monokuma pull Hiro's body out of the room, and also take his hand as support, I'm unsure if Komaeda really cares about getting the hand back from the bot.

Action: Checking out the science lab secret passages for any changes! Gotta make sure the blood room is clean for blood club (pending).

The science lab underground is the same as it was before. It's still bloody. Seiya is no longer there however.

Location/body: Faculty Office, Principal's Office, that general area
Action: He goes here normally in the mornings but after seeing that deda text on the network he's coming over and juuust missing Komaeda, staring down for a long while at the dead frozen Hiro. I'm crying he was going to give Maya's items back and now he can't.

It's clear someone's already been through and taken Hiro's things, so after a while he's going to slowly take out his phone and take a photo, and then see if there's anything in the Faculty Office that could give an idea like last time. It's moments like this he really wishes Ranger had a non-PDA phone.

EDIT: also he has Komaeda's 202 note now he'll get to that in a bit probably

Not he was gonna give Maya's items back... Oh no, I'm heartbroken.

The faculty office seems to be as normal. There's nothing out of place, nor has anything been added.

Maybe 'after the investigation' was too much to hope for... :' ) He just has Maya's house keys forever now I guess.

Also sdfdgf i guess the body retroactively does not have teeth either yeah that's definitely some kind of indicator on who was just here.

I'm going to say he checks over Hiro's body just so I can come back if specific questions about it occurs to me (finds the wallet and has a moment of commiseration before pocketing it). He'll go into the nurse's office and ask for one of the bedsheets so he can put it over the body.

Then it's off to locker 202 I have to think about if Shin knows lockpicking now bc no way is he breaking into it physically or using luck to get in. He doesn't even have the tools or know Hiro's birthday so I guess it's butting his head on the combination a bit unless the locker is already unlocked or pre-broken-into or smth, he didn't think this through.

EDIT: THE DICE SAY HE DOES KNOW LOCKPICKING maybe midori or an internet interest but also the locker's a combination so he can pick up a scethoscope also from the nurse's office and go by sound, i love this, I love getting to use his hearing, thanks mira.

Anyway, Bonnie's kinda wondering whether or not anything was hidden in Hiro's homeroom. She's looking for any notes or anything that he might have kept in the classroom.

The desk itself has a notebook on it, along with a pencil and eraser, but the notebook itself only seems to contain notes pertaining to classes. Bonnie will also find that his school bag is set on the floor leaning up against it.

Oho, interesting. She's taking the notebook anyway, because clearly handwriting's a big part of investigations too. This group.

Anyway, time to check in on that bag. She'll hoist it up onto the desk, and get it open. What've we got in here?

Location/body: school grounds
Action: Something horrible has happened. Even in the afterlife, Nanami can't seem to fully escape the specter of death around her. And from what she's heard, it's not the first time somebody's died recently. What IS this place?
But on hearing that there's work to be done, she gets to it. She wants to help, with however meager an offering she can. The wisteria tree outside is a place of comfort now, so she'll start from there and slowly work her way outwards, checking the grounds for anything relatively unusual, sometimes staring up at the school building too to see if there's anything out of place on the building's exterior.

There doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary outside of the school. It's cold and snowy, with paths carved out by students. Please let me know if she wants to do a more thorough inspection anywhere!

Oh well, worth a shot.

She doesn't really know where the victim hung out, so she'll continue with her daily routine but try to look for anything out of the ordinary. She'll particularly keep an eye peeled in the library, the dorms, and the game club room.

Action: Nanami will be taking the note that's been scattered around Hiro's desk, taking it back together, and adding it to the evidence collection at the meeting.

Action: After bundling Helena up like she's the kid in A Christmas Story,, they're going to the principal's office so Helena can use the big taps, concentrating on "things of importance" in the room. Also if she starts getting freezer burned Ranger can just throw her out of the room so it's all good.

The phone lights up, as well as the spot on the floor under the desk where the cold seems to be concentrated on, and the ceiling fan light with the two pull chains on it idk what it's called, one controls the light and the other controls the fan

Our dynamic duo is taking the floor spot where the cold is first, feeling around to see if there's anything amiss - to see if there's like a hatch or something to unlock and explain what the heck is up.

Yep! The one in the common room is still up for grabs.

The common room is warm and comfortable, but there doesn't seem to be anything out of place aside, though Midori painting's eyes seem to follow him as he goes through the room. Is there anywhere in particular that he would like to check?

Action: Let's talk to the nurse, what proverbial tea does she have to spill on Hiro regarding where she last saw him or anything.

Without naming names, she'll tell Inaba that Hiro had a ...run in... with another student the day before and both parties were injured. They were treated, she helped Hiro home, and then returned to school until 6pm-ish when she usually heads home herself

Action: Does npckun keep logs of who buys what? if so she'd like to look into january and december...if anyone was buying poison or any other large amount of suspicious material
