SSSSSSSSssssssssssssssssss...
It's late into the evening when the noise in the dormitories start to die down and people start heading back to their rooms for the night, that the white noise can heard in the relative quiet. A hiss, like white noise but harsher, the TV static of a VCR player once a movie ends and hasn't been turned off. Those with particularly good hearing and in neighboring rooms would be drawn to the hallway of the Suns, where the hissing claws at the door from inside Sun 2.
A knock on the door results in silence. The doorknob rattles when tried. Light peeks out from underneath.

Location/body: Sun 2
Action: Trying to get the door open...if it's only rattling she's going to start trying to kick it. She can't lockpick but she has determination and stupid endurance for being so short.
no subject
The door seems to be locked, and there is no other sound from the other side other than the hissing in between kicks. It seems to her that the door can be opened by:
1) somebody with the room key
2) somebody skilled in lockpicking
or 3) somebody with determination and stupid endurance who will keep at it until the door is broken off its hinges

There are a number of things of potential interest but from a cursory glance around the room, there is no smell or sign of blood, and the noise does in fact seem to be TV static of a VCR player once a movie ends and hasn't been turned off. It kind of grates on the nerves, even if you aren't blind and dependent on hearing.

at the least Helena will put up with the VCR noise for now, because that's weird as hell to leave running if you're not in here.
sighs. is anyone in here. she knows this room, she's been in it enough.

Helena can tell that aside from herself and Lucifer, the bottom bunk of the bunk bed is occupied, all the blankets and pillows pulled down from the top bunk to make a cozy next on the bottom
no subject
With the world's worst feeling in her heart given that breaking down that door is loud...she's going to check the bottom bunk of the bed.

To Lucifer, it looks as if they're asleep, expressions calm and peaceful, but there is no reaction to Helena's touch, let alone all the noise inside the room and what it took to break in.
no subject
they LOOK asleep but Lucifer is going to check if there are visible injuries anywhere. Which probably means setting Helena down if she actually passes out, he'll just put her aside gently and then start checking.

she's going to feel for pulses pretty frantically...try to shake them to make them wake. please not like this.
no subject
There is no pulse on either of them. Neither of them wake up. It's like this.

consider her incapacitated for the rest of this investigation, she's only going to recover enough later to try and get Keigo's ribbon to keep safe for them.

MAGIC CHECK do they feel like they've been Magicked at all? because I have to ask this every time
also Lucifer reaches over and hugs Helena :(
no subject
Lucifer gives Helena a hug and I hope it's extra extra warm, because when she checks Keigo's left ankle where she knows they always have the ribbon tied around, it is missing.

She brushes her hand against the front cover, and reads the bumps that make up the title:

keep it safe... It's her book, they wrote it and bound it and everything for her, and probably had just finished writing it, wanting to give it to her in person once it's complete

Well, he's not about to cry here. Instead he'll lightly brush aside some of Rantarou's hair strands. He has ideas based upon how the scene looks but...he doesn't think it quite matters.
So he will just leave as quickly as he came.
