I don't know. Those who graduate are never seen again, but that's the only constant that I'm aware of.

The ones who don't come back... I don't think it was their choice. At least, if I knew them as well as I thought they did.

Neither jumping nor being pushed will make me happy either! At least with standing still and taking the time to think about things, happiness is still possible!

[ Happiness isn't even the main goal here, he just wants to get out as alive as he can, which still relies on that third option: inaction ]
