( he's different, sure, and he's always on guard which komaeda has accepted considering the type of person he is, but some days his line of defense isn't that... threatening. it takes a bit to push them down, or maybe they've just never been there to him. it could be because he likes him enough the way he is that he doesn't find him difficult, no matter how much he bickers with ten year olds.

Akki can't deny that Rokkun would accept candy if he's given it, though, so he... carefully turns his back to Rokkun first before taking a seat and pulls the pair of scissors towards him because they're safer in his hands than Komaeda's. ]

with the colored paper before him, he'll draw out what happens to be ears, and he has a little tail back in the schoolkeep's footlocker, and so he could use that for akki... but he's a wombat, so it'd throw everything off. maybe he can become a womcat, now that komaeda thinks about it. he literally makes triangle for ears, first, not really gunning to be a perfectionist, and he looks up to see rokkun over akki's shoulder, and then he looks directly at akki.

( he reaches out for a pencil to grab a pink sheet, and that can be the inside of the ears, he thinks. he makes smaller triangles right after. )

Akki looks down at the bag of candy and nudges the pieces inside with a finger so he can see. What candy was popular in the 1990s... Warheads that I would give to my brother because those made me cry, and Jolly Ranchers in which the only good flavor were the green ones. ]
You shouldn't spoil him with all of them... but I think one or two of the sour ones he'll like.
