anyways, it looks like this thread is after Natsume's so it's up to Alice whether he ended up planting chamomile for Komaeda to drown or not, but presumably most of the plants are indoors in the gardening club. ]

I gave him the means to grow his own stock. Whether you take or he shares is not up to me, but I have given what I can.

( he's going to walk away from what he's watering, then take a few steps over to his eyeless companion. )

What about limbs? I have a finger left.

[ Kazuki looks conflicted, like he's imagining Komaeda with a thumb and no other fingers on his hands. ]

Humans grow in much the same way plants do. They need fresh air and water, healthy food, sunlight in moderate doses.

Nope, I want to grow actual limbs within the ground.

( sounds insane, but you never know if you don't ask. )

I want to feed the pool monster, have you met with it yet?

It's worth a try.

[ No limbs will grow but they'll rot and become good fertilizer, so you know what? Kazuki's all for it. ]

I tend to the courtyard and its plants. I have nothing to do with the rest of the school.

[ Kazuki nods, because, okay so I keep forgetting Minato and Hanako exist and this is a good a way as any for them to start getting eaten ]

I believe hope is best experienced, not taught in a classroom setting.

[ Komaeda can lead hope discussions, but it has nothing to do with Kazuki. ]

Experience, told, and learned! Don't ever limit hope to just one thing!

( he's a little serious about this, almost like he's appalled he would say such a thing. )

You would have to scrape the sigils off my bones.

[ Or something like that, I can't remember if that's what they did but either way, it's supposed to be difficult for Kazuki to do it himself, unlike a mask that could fall off any time, like if he sneezes or runs into a wall. ]

( he's not against the idea as he moves towards kazuki, and he even holds up the watering can for him to take. the problem here is that he's unable to touch him, his fingers go through his body easily... )

( yes, and he can take the watering can, but as long as he doesn't take the hacking gun. )

( they are with him? well... komaeda-arata will be figure out how to get his bones, but he'll turn off the hacking gun's light so that kazuki disappears from view. tucking it in the inside of his jacket behind him, he walks past the spirit, inches away from bumping into him as he goes back towards the school. )
