Something like that! But thank you, hearing you say that means a lot to me, especially in a high school where students are at that age where it's difficult to ask for help.

Hm. Well not everyone is mature. [ Not like Sara. Clearly.] But if you're willing to run around a bunch of hallways with me looking for Narumi-senpai and Sou, you have to be a brave and reliable person. And you took care of Rika when she broke her arm or Sidney, did you know we couldn't send them to the hospital? Things like that...they also mean a lot!

[ The nurse has been quietly in the background a lot, helping out. A lot more then her job description seems to be. It's the sort of thing that might make Sara suspect her, if she'd wanted to be crueler. If helping was just...a part of the school. Keeping them alive long enough for, what had Stephanie mused about. It eating them?

But she couldn't look the nurse in the eyes and doubt her like that. She'd been kind, so Sara would believe that she was. And so...she could really ask the most important question of all.]

[ Bravery doesn't have much to do with it, in her opinion, besides maybe that her profession has her hardened against more gruesome injuries than most would be able to handle. Narumi looked like a hot mess but he was breathing and presumably they've got him taken care of in the dorms. Rika and Sidney were mostly provided painkillers, and whatever bandage changes for the latter he doesn't do himself or ask Lucifer or Clamor to assist him with.

Helping with physical injuries is one thing, but they do this as well: invite someone in for a cup of tea and have a quiet chat, because sometimes you need emotional healing as much as you do physical, and the counselor... has his own methods of how to help. The nurse has confidence in him, though so while she leans back when Sara leans forward and laughs somewhat nervously, ]

He's one of my closest friends here in this school, yes! [ friends... anyways ] He's been very supportive, and it's such a shame he's so busy this year, always locked up in his office.

[ Having someone to help...counts a lot! She gave a bed, and she came to help when people asked. That's trying, and thats being reliable. And a cup of tea...its less what Sara is familiar with, but its nice. In a hostile murder school, anyone who seems willing to help without asking question is...really nice.

So she needs to know about the nurses love life. ]

Friends... [ Friends. That's... No. No! Don't give up!!] So, you're close, but he's busy? He still comes to visit you, right?

Well... not so much as I come visit him, but only because I'm a bit more free than he is. My office isn't always the best place to talk, after all: there's some privacy behind the curtains, but ultimately, students are free to enter and exit as they please.

[ And the counselor is a person who prefers his conversations kept behind closed doors. ]

It'd be nice if he were less busy and had more time to enjoy himself, though.

[ It'd be nice if everybody stopped murdering each other; it would make both their lives a lot easier. ]
