( ohhhh disgustingly adorable, amami follows them with the widest grin, laughing a bit as they're forced to slow down. he laughs a bit breathlessly once they do. )

Sounds perfect. I guess we could go borrow the TV while we wait, set it up in my room so that it's just the two of us, like you said.

Otherwise, you mentioned the pool before, so that's on the table too.

( depends on the timing — pool is best around the afternoon, but before lunch so they don't get sick. )

[ Oh, they were sort of hoping Amami would forget about the pool, that maybe they can fill their day with so much that they can lose track of time and just not go and suddenly it's too late into the evening and neither of them will feel bad about it because they had a fun, full day anyways.

Okay, so: rooftop for breakfast, library for movies, back to the store for clothes and floaties, we'll drop everything off in your room and get the bread started, then you're going to teach me how to doggy paddle, and then we can bake the bread. Melonpan takes about an hour to proof.

[ Hard time-limit for the pool is one hour. ]

( when kamo-kun's inner control freak comes out to make the decisions and actually it's very adorable of them? yes the two of them will be doing everything they want, amami's actually kind of forgetting about the original plan here because of this, but that's fine. anybody would be the same, surely, and komaeda's probably got it covered anyway. )

Works for me. We'll call that the plan for now, and after all that we'll figure out what else we want to do.

( as much as he wants to just keep feeding them ideas and see them rearrange them into a day schedule, probably shouldn't get too ahead of themselves here. )

[ Was there a plan here outside of doing whatever npckun wants for a day? At least nothing will go wrong as long as they're in charge, this is fact in their mind. Throw anything at them and they'll put together the most efficient itinerary.

Can't do anything until they start the day right with breakfast, so that first. Stairs stairs stairs this school has too many stairs... ]

Maybe we should have gone for the elevator instead.

( not anymore. okay, well, to be fair amami abandoned that plan the moment he walked out the student store, but they were gonna come back? still are. just a little bit delayed, that's all... )

What floor are we on? Maybe it's not too late.

( maybe they're walking really slow after that two steps at a time stunt, and they're still on the second floor — that totally justifies the elevator. or maybe they're on the third and kamo-kun's just tired, amami wouldn't argue either way, even as he looks to them expectantly. c'mon, it's their day, so they can decide! )

[ They are... in the stairwell halfway between the second and third floors, and going downstairs is easier than going upstairs, so they turn Amami around so they can retrace their steps and take the elevator from the second. ]

( oh, perfect, amami's easy to turn around, and he'll follow their lead back down, clicking the elevator call button once they reach it. long stairs, maybe this is a good idea. )

[ Yesss, okay, elevator time. Truth be told, an elevator car is a little scary when they remember it's literally a metal box being held up by cable in a chute with no bottom, but they squeeze Amami's hand to reassure themselves as they wait for the elevator car to come down to the second floor, musing out loud about what sort of movies Amami thinks the library has, maybe they have nature documentaries or whatever the Japanese equivalent of Bill Nye the Science Guy is, ]
