[ He lets Komaeda do whatever, but slows his pace somewhat because this is the most awkward position to walk in, he's going to get his heels kicked the entire time ]

( yeah, that sounds like a plan, especially if he keeps walking and then slowly tries to let go of rokkun to see how far he goes not realizing komaeda is no longer holding on. you know, how people can be shot in the back of the head, but if they don't realize it they can keep walking. )

( even if it's the wrong one, especially if it's one that backfires. just like the wrong choice was probably letting rokkun get away from him like this despite letting go — he stands in place, watching him. there's a little glow to him, but maybe that's just the sun messing with komaeda's eyes as always, where it burns the retina and he has to look down for a moment. )

( yes, he's fighting for everyone here and some others, but it's not like komaeda is throwing his life away for one singular person — hope spreads to many, if he can nurture that, then he's done something good. )

( it is the court thread, how did they get to this from asking if rokkun's a virgin, i'm sick, actually. anyway, yeah, the heat does boil komaeda's brain, and with his hair just absorbing so much heat, he has a headache by now. if they pass any shade, he'll stop walking because he doesn't want to leave it, and he'll give this puppy dog look if rokkun tries to make him.

[ There's a barely restrained eye roll but Rokkun does what Komaeda did that one time which was very cute actually, but no, if given the choice, he'll reach for the organic hand because it's more comfortable being on that side of him or something. They're going to skirt around the shade because if Komaeda wants to stop at every shady spot, they're never going to make it back to class and might as well stay put until the sun goes down and he can freely walk.

( where is he supposed to go if rokkun does kill him, and fine, they can dodge the shade, but komaeda has high marks in his class so he's not too bothered. ) Besides, I never said I wanted to go back home.
