as interesting as anglerfish are, npckun's eyes keep getting drawn back to Komaeda too, watching the pages flip and stop at history, a subject they aren't personally great at, and maybe they will take the original copies of the study guide to keep if it'll help them learn too. Math and science they can do... literature and history are tough... they have to learn Russian at some point... ]

They pull a sheet of paper in front of them to start writing, still bubble letters but small, because the report is supposed to be typed and one page typed is like two pages handwritten or something. They write about deep sea fish, where it lives, how it can survive all the way down there, its role in the food chain, how cool its lure is... A lot of it is by memory from what they've just read, but they do have to look back at the book to be able to spell more complicated words like "Lophiiformes" and "bathypelagic" and also include a paragraph on anglerfish recipes.
